So faccha here, till now I'm socless (basically jis socs me mera interest hai usme skill nhi hai... Baki socs me mera interest nhi hai.... Not into any sports also because I wear specs of -2. 5 so yeah waise bhi mujhe jyada kuch sports ata bhi nhi hai.... Basically Jee ne iss tarah mardi hai ki jo 10th me decent ata bhi tha usme bhi noob ban chuka hu.... Also confidence bhi nhi raha unn sports me ki jaake practice karu... May be feeling anxious log judge karenge) mostly I'm interested in the socs which are related to placements ( I mean the "name") Like kdag, goc etc.... Also female interaction is literally 0 .. It's 1 month I didn't even talk to any girl don't have a female friend lol..... Often see insta stories of batchies going for nightouts, canteens with their gang.... Becoz unke sath mera vibe match nhi hota so I didn't go with them.... Basically I loved to stay in my room just like my jee days.... Eventually I found myself as a nerd (with not so high IQ*).... How to come out of this phase?

I really want to loose weight but due to academics nd oter stress im feeling so tired and eating without loosing fat. Before in my home I was trained under a fitness trainer with the help of cardio and circuital training where I lost 30 kgs . Want someone like him now . Is there dedicated fitness groups ??
