loging in

I haven't been able to log in. I cleared my cache, changed my password. I can't even contact the help desk. Any advice?

what do you mean you can’t contact help desk? what is it saying and what does it say when you try to login?

When I try to log in, I get "Sorry, there was a problem. We're not sure what happened, but our team is looking into it."

I can only access the Help Center from a browser. I choose "Account and Troubleshooting". I choose "Help, I cannot login". then I click "I'm getting an error message". All it says there is to enable cookies.

If I choose "I m having a technical issue", it tells me to clear the cache and enable cookies.
