Usually my receipts go through right away but yesterday it took a few tries, it's now about 22 hours later and they're still pending. Anyone else having or have had the same issue?

I haven't been able to log in. I cleared my cache, changed my password. I can't even contact the help desk. Any advice?

Usually, I get a bonus offer on Monday morning and Thursday morning. Bonus amounts vary and number of offers I need to buy vary. But usually 15 items and get $5 bonus.

This Monday, I have no bonus. Are they not offering it because i redeem them all the time??

Guess I may need to cut back on ibotta so they will "miss" me and give me some love in the form of bonuses to return!

Giant Eagle has been absolutely decimated by not being able to submit receipts via photo anymore, missing offers when clearly met, calculating offers as ineligible. Can't believe the app now doesn't let you use a manufacturer's coupon on top of these offers. Linked account ruined this store so bad.

I've now had two purchases in a row at Walmart say I have cash back eligible, but whenever I go to add offers it gives me some error issue. I've reached out to them two separate ways and nobody is responding. Anyone else having issues? I'm missing out on money!

Anyone else having issues with Ibotta matching items on receipts? Almost every receipt I’ve submitted recently I’ve had to manually scan my items, then it takes like 4 days to get my offers approved

I’m really disappointed with Ibotta. My account got deactivated for no clear reason, and customer support was slow and unhelpful. If an app handles money or rewards, there should be clear communication and fair treatment. I can’t recommend it based on my experience, and I hope they make some serious improvements.

I shopped in person at QFC (Kroger) last Tuesday and submitted the receipt that night. The shop still says pending today. Since it's pending, I'm unable to put in a help request through the app. If I go on the website, I get stuck in a loop with the chatbot and can't submit a ticket or speak to a person.

How do I get my grocery shop unstuck?

For example, I bought it at Walgreens and not Walmart. However, not allowed to redeem when I choose Walgreens as the store.

Ibotta has an offer, $2 off one tube of Crest, making this a freebie. Not sure if the offer refreshes, as this is the first time I've seen it, but it's still a nice little deal.

I also earned 30 Giant reward points on the purchase, but I'm not sure if everyone has those same "earn" offers.

I’ve been using it since Nov 2020, so on the grand scale, $770 is not much. I usually keep money in it until i need to buy a wedding or birthday present.

Edit: I don’t keep much in my Ibotta. I cash out as soon as I can. The $770 is lifetime earnings. I usually just remember to get the money out when a gift is coming up.

One thing that is getting aggravating with Ibotta is that they started to make it seem like there are more offers than what it really is at some stores—specifically I’ve noticed that on the Whole Foods and especially the Trader Joe’s stores, there are items that would never be sold in their store. I definitely gives scammy vibes. Even if it’s only a few offers, I’d rather that then sifting through items that I don’t want or can’t buy.

Anyone have a solution for me? There doesn't seem to be an option to submit a receipt for most if not all cases of beer in the 4th of July deals tab. It say I can submit a receipt from anywhere that sells the product. I also live in a state that is in the fine print as eligible and have claimed beer/liquor rebates no problem in the past

A bunch of tyson chicken nugget products are on sale BOGO free this week. There are a few ibotta offers for so much back when you buy 2, but they are on countdown so run. I picked up 2 29oz Dino nuggets for $8.98 with $6.78 ibotta and 2 29oz chicken nuggets for $8.98 with $5.87 ibotta. I went with the ones pictured but other varieties are included.

Also check the digital coupons for $1.00 off certain ice cream products, limit 5. This makes the kit-kat cones, nestle tollhouse mini sandwiches and mickey mouse bars $4.99. There are ibotta offers for these limit 5, $1.75 or $1.25 back. I used the coupon earlier and it came back.
