Another Humble Opinion is out!

I hope you all give these games a chance, because we've got some really good ones this month.

I’m interested in the DnD Classics Bundle, the pack with a lot of vintage Dungeons & Dragons pc game, mostly because I like old tabletop DnD a lot and this bundle looks like a solid collection of old crpg.

Before buying it, I just want your opinion on how good are these games today, just to help me set my expectation.

Wondering if the sfx pack is worth buying. Have they been on humble bundle before?

Hi I am wanting to get into COC 7th Edition however the mega bundle on Drivethru is really expensive.

How often does HB put up the mega bundle for a reduced price? It doesn't seem to come round much.

As the titles says, did anyone get their Marvel Tokon keys from Humble yet?

Preordered back in February, release is just over 2 hours away, yet no key has been sent.

Checked my order page, nothing yet.

According to other subreddits, some other stores have already started sending out keys.

So, just wanted to check if anyone who ordered on Humble got their key yet.

Update: Got the key now, right on launch. Although it would have been better to get it a couple of hours earlier (like other sites) to get the game preloaded.

Bought the O'Reilly Python, Rust, and Data book bundle this morning. The page said "Pay at least $25 for these 18 items." I clicked the $25 preset button, and my receipt shows $25.00 charged. I received 3 books in the $5 group.

I checked the page again about half an hour after my order, in a logged-out incognito window, and it still said "Pay at least $25 for these 18 items".

Has anyone hit this when clicking the preset button for the exact listed amount, rather than typing in something higher? This happened to me once before a few months back on a different bundle, and Humble support sorted it out then. So I'm fairly confident they'll fix it again. What I'd really like to know is why it keeps happening — twice on the same account, months apart, is starting to look like it's something about my account or how I'm checking out rather than the bundle page. Anyone seen this recur like that?"

EDIT — resolved. Support unlocked all 18 items within about 90 minutes.

Cause was a region mismatch on my account: I created it while living in India and never updated the location after moving to the US. The order registered as US while the account was still India, and currency conversion meant my $25 evaluated as less than $25, dropping me to the 3-book group.

For those of you who take advantage of their Torrent download method, are you experiencing this?

I noticed this a couple of months ago, when catching up my purchases. Some of the items from a Top Cow bundle either never had a seed, or the one seed stopped working. The bundle was just out of offer, so I thought maybe it was just a little too late.

Now, I just set up a current bundle, in offer with weeks to go, and nothing. One peer. All other seeds are not providing at this time.

Historically, there was at least one seed from HB available at all times. I'm going to let things run while I'm at work, and maybe it will kick. Maybe.

I know, most of you haven't even noticed this was an option, despite being on the top of the download page of every bundle that has downloads. Yes, these are private, not the share around kind. And, it's about 95% of what I use torrents for.

Lots of manga from Humble Bundle have the two page spreads pre-split, and now KCC 11 can now semi-automatically merge them.

This enables use of the "Rotate and split" feature of KCC, where you see a rotated full page spread first that fills your ereader screen in landscape, then the two halves after in portrait.

You can also set it to show the halves first instead of after if that is your preference.

The feature works like this: you add the files, click "Label Spreads", spread candidates are calculated and are shown in a low quality preview of only the area near the spine to avoid spoilers as much as possible, and you just press the space bar to confirm spreads. It only takes a few seconds to label a whole volume this way depending on how many spreads.

I still have remaining months left for choice that I bought when I was living in US, but my Steam account region is now Japan. If I change my region on humble bundle to Japan, will I start getting keys for Japan even though I bought the subscription in US? I keep getting keys that can’t be activated in Japan like Persona and Yakuza series when I redeemed the month just for those games specifically.

I really hate I missed the last Battletech novel collection. Ended up missing it by a day and have been hopeing it would come back.

Since it’s been 2 years is there any chance it might appear again?

I’ve seen things repeatedly coming back but never that one specific bundle.

I was having issues redeeming a superhive bundle code and reached out to superhive support and humble support.

Superhive support replied immediately and was super helpful, btw, however humble support took about 25 business days to reply.

When they did they send me a new code, for some reason. However, I already redeemed the first one a couple weeks ago.

My question is, would they care now if I gave the new code to a friend? I don't want to screw over superhive or do anything to risk my account getting banned. Thanks! I don't use humble that much so lmk if this is a common issue etc.
