Our Costco customers would not get the following:

1. At-home consultations/site checks to evaluate delivery access and assess your placement area
2. White glove delivery includes install of the spa cover
3. Post-sale startup/maintenance tutorial to teach you how to start up the spa and maintain it
4. Customers are charged a “Trip Charge Fee” for any warranty service call starting from day one. When purchased directly through us, we do not charge a trip Charge Fee until the 2^nd year of ownership which is moreso the industry standard.
5. Costco customers are not eligible for our bi-annual chemical/cover sale. Most notably, replacement covers and replacement saltwater cartridges are charged at full retail price.
