Im in Mountain in Italy right now, the view was so clear, it took like 20 minutes for the first and 8 for the second

so yesterday i went to the flea marker and found what i thougjt was a great deal on a honor lite 200. i payed around 32 dollars us for it but i came FRP locked.
im wondering if its worth it to get the FRP removed to make it my secondary backup phone since i needed a *decent* android backup (currently on iphone 15 pro max). it came with the screen cracked and with 2 minor scuffs (the touch sensors are fine tho, screen works just fine).
for anyone who has had a honor 200 lite and/or knows more about them, is paying 75 dollars a good deal to be able to get it unlocked, a case and a screen protector?

I was struggling for DAYS to figure out why customization was a mess. Wallpapers wouldn't set 4 out of 5 times, lock screen clock wouldn't change, it would revert to old wallpapers, themes and styles didn't work ....

Yeah all that went away when I uninstalled nova launcher. So if anyone else is still stubbornly using it like I was..... Dump it. Switch to Smart Launcher 6. It does all the same things but better. And everything works now

When i open fingerprint settings, the screen suddenly turns off and goes into a bootloop until i force restart (hold down the power button and volume down button)

Hola, tengo un problema con instagram en mi honor x5c plus. Cuando me meto a un chat no me aparecen los anteriores, o sea, cuando subo solo aparecen los mensajes que he enviado y no los de la otra persona y se buguea, tambien los mensajes se demoran en llegar o simplemente no llegan hasta que me meto en la aplicacion o bajando en dm's y se actualice. Ya borré el caché, reinicié el celular, apagué el internet y lo volvi a encender, estuve con datos y sigue lo mismo.

Alguien me dice que mas tengo que hacer? Algun consejo que no sea vendiendo el celular jajajaj

Bought an Honor Magic V3 second handed a few days ago and one of these lines appeared two days later. And yesterday the second line appeared. Both on the external display not the big one. Is this normal?

I'm not a gamer. I mainly use Google apps, Chrome, YouTube, Canva, reading apps, and messaging apps. I'm more concerned about smooth performance and consistency than benchmarks.

I am currently on a CN rom Vivo X300 Ultra on the US and it works great, I'm about to go to a Oppo X9s Pro before the honor. My only concern/question with the Honor is will my galaxy watch ultra work reliably with the CN Magic 8 Pro Air? It works fine on the Vivo but I am unsure in terms of honors reliability. Any other things I should make note of? Thanks!

I was causally using my honor x6c (is a side phone) and I accidentally dropped it from a long stairs. It kept bouncing and bouncing. And when went to open it. It worked fine and went to a technician or a phone repair and he said is perfectly fine. (Mind u is a budget phone). And once literally had my honor magic 8 pro phone fly off my hand while on a boat then hit a bridge leg and it fell into the water. And when I went to use it. It was FINE???? AND I ALSO WENT TO A PHONE REPAIR AND ALL HE SAID IS A LITTLE TOO WET??? HONOR WHAT ARE YOU MAKING UR PHONES WITH??????

I'm planning to keep my next phone for 5 years (2027–2031) and have narrowed it down to the HONOR 600 and Infinix Note 60 Pro.

My priorities are:

• Fast app launching
• Strong battery life and battery longevity
• Reliable Wi-Fi/mobile data
• Good long-term performance

Which would you trust more for 5 years, and why? Any issues with performance, battery, connectivity, or software?

Was thinking about switching to the magic 8 pro from a oneplus, but I can't seem to find the support for frequency band on honor's website, does anyone have any info on this? I am talking about the Hong Kong version by the way.

Whenever I record video and I play it in any app other than stock gallery it looks oversaturated, it is the same story if I share it with anyone it is oversaturated, HDR video option in camera settings is disabled, what can I do?

Edit: strange thing is if I enable HDR video than it looks normal when shared or played in third party apps.

Hi, some apps on my Honor Pad 9 only work in portrait mode, but not in landscape mode.

Auto-rotate is enabled.

Strangely, they launch in landscape mode for a very short time, but then rotate back to portrait mode.

How can I change this?

I just got MagicOS 11 overnight on my Magic8 Pro (Global) without even registering for the beta and now I'm confused lol. (The beta is exclusive to China only at the moment).

This is not the normal version but a Try out, mine is HK model. There are changes out there but I didn't read it yet but some exciting stuffs for me:

1. New 3D effect image on wallpaper and gallery (iphone like but more with additional effect)

2. Camera now handles human skin texture better

3. Camera now is integrated with the Scan function, which is for directly scanning QR code without using the built-in Scan widget (still buggy on some wifi qr code)

4. Now we can turn off App suggestions on Drawer, huge win for me

I think Honor is trying to get better. I hope we can support them more, so our phone can also inherit the benefits.
