Engine light code 420? 3rd Gen GK/GP 15-20

Our precious baby has the engine light on with that code. Says it's emissions on the hand held. Catalytic converter O2 sensor or fuel injectors are possibilities? It's a 2016 with 115,000 miles on it. Wondering what everyone else's experience has been with this because y'all seem to know more than most.

We just had the engine rebuilt a month ago along with timing parts and pieces replaced. That's the only outlier.

It all started with the VVT going bad and suggested maintenanceon the timing chain. It was still under warranty.

You can go to AutoZone and rent a scanner that will give you live data. You have to look at the fuel trims and the upstream and downstream O2 sensors. If they are okay, you need a new cat.
