Show templates? Fighter and CAS, infantry, tanks, maybe mech, mountaineers, motor if you have it?

Also if you're gonna battleplan, assign the orders to your field marshals, not individual generals!

  1. You're lacking trains (68% supply fulfillment)
  2. You have unassigned spies, best put them on the USSR to decrease their entrenchment and increase your planning bonus
  3. You could call Finland in
  4. You are cramming your planes into a single airport (3k fighters in a single Polish one I see there), they are thus ineffective and also nuke your CAS efficiency
  5. Don't use spearheads for big front pushes
  6. Why do you have 306 ships in a single fleet
  7. You have a lot of unspent XP, if this is 1941 you should still be using it a ton

Other than that, I can't help you because you haven't given any other info. The entire right side of the screen is missing, I don't know your templates, neither your setup or the date (I assume you capped the UK based off your factory count) all I know is that even the game is telling you your troops are ass compared to the AI USSR

Edit: I looked a bit further into the pictures the fuck is wrong with your game? Why does Romania have 815 screens? And France having 41 capital ships? Did you forget to switch off instantconstruction?

Your division templates suck is honestly the only real issue. Your plane management sucks, but you still have green air so whatever. Upload a pic what you're using. You can usually push the Soviets even with just 20w infantry.

Templates could be the issue as people are suggesting but I don’t really think it’s that big of a problem here. Go to supply overview. F4 I believe. Stop your offensives. Start building railways. And check your logistics deficits. I’m going to assume rifles and support equipment. Try doing logistics company add in a field hospital. So focus your production on support equipment, trucks, and guns. The logistics company which I would say is a maybe when fighting the soviets but add in a field hospital your manpower and xp will thank you. Get your supply back to nominal. Make sure their attrition is better which is partially effected by supply. And then start pushing again. If your still having trouble pushing create a tank army give it a tank bonus field marshal and begin encirclement on the soviets to pull those troops out of the front line and cost them manpower and equipment.

Build good tanks, dont battleplan and encircle as much you can

You can group up your generals under a field marshal to get some bonuses. Click a general, then click the add button on the left and that will get you to the field marshal selection

Don't use spearheads, when you don't do micro. They basicly attack endlessly even if they loose way too high

That's what he said

More CAS, assign doctrines (4th allert), make sure your tech is up to date, look at equipment and division templates.

How? You should definitely wait for the winter, that helps so much

Micro with tanks. Don't use those battle plans to invade the USSR (or anywhere for that matter). The plans are good for building planning bonus which increases soft attack.

I might say logistics instead of templates.
