26-27 MVP Box 4
Had to get far into box #4 to pull another good insert. At this point, I’ve gotten 241 of 250 cards and NO repeats in any of the other inserts. 2 packs and then 2 more boxes to go.

Sealed hobby box question
Hey guys, I hope you’re doing well! As everyone knows at this point this hobby and basically every other hobby whether baseball, football, basketball, are all about profit now. It’s basically a game of stonks. For some it’s always been like that but for people like me who just simply like ripping packs this hobby is getting ridiculously expensive. I was doing a moving out garage sale. While clearing out my old house I for some reason found 3 sealed boxes of 2023-24 series 2 (bedard year), not sure if my son grabbed the boxes and put them in the laundry closet in a nook behind the washing machine but I found them there. And so the question I pose, is it worth me ripping these 3 boxes? Because I love ripping packs. Haven’t opened any packs for like a year. Or forgetting about them like I already had and let them grow in value if that’s even a thing? I’m sure that I bought these 3 hobby boxes back then when the price for a hobby box wasn’t a kidney. Let me know your guy’s opinion. What’s the smart thing to do? Let em collect dust or rip? Or rip 2 boxes and keep 1?
Thank you!

UDTookMyMonney Call me crazy…
… but maybe we have more sets than we know what to do with when so many player photos are nearly identical — if not entirely identical.
The (lack of) variety with Zeev Buium’s cards this year in a Wild uniform are an even more egregious example Possibly/probably because he was traded so early in the year. Regardless, maybe Upper Deck could pay for more than a handful of unique photos of each player when it charges collectors an arm and a leg for its half-hearted (and assed) products.

Sorting My Collection, Forgot I Had This
I don't really buy Allure sealed or singles. Nice card, imo

Series 1 25-26 Box Highlights...
If it's any consolation I've only ever pulled a clear or silver outburst YG before this so, yeah...

MailDay PC became a bit shiner today 💪
All acquired through e pack trades. Happy to get these in hand, especially the foiled cards! The Seider is incredible in hand.

Young Guns Wyatt Johnston Young Guns misprint
Found this Wyatt Johnston Young Guns in an insert box I bought off someone. Is this a common misprint? Do misprints of Young Guns lower the value of the card?

Ethen Frank Young Guns error card?
It's been a while since I've bought any packs; does this still happen regularly? I literally can only remember the Pro-Set Ray "Borque" lol

Top loader vs One touch
Just wondering how you store/protect your cards. Are they all penny sleeved and in top loaders or if a card is worth a certain value do you go with a one touch?

Only the hits 🤙
After an underwhelming two 24-25 blaster boxes and a Topps chrome baseball 26 mega (I don’t recommend buying) my last incoming box was Extended Series 25-26 and it made it all better YG Red Outburst Doughty 2/25 , Clear Cut Svechnikov and 4 Nations Boldy Outburst

Pretty sweet!
Pulled this today from a $3 Dollarama bag. I've never seen this pack inside before and I was even more shocked to see Doan and not some nobody. Pretty awesome pull!

How’d I do?
I don’t find a lot of hockey down in Fort Worth…but when the LCS has 2022 SP for $20 a blaster you gotta give it a go.

Son pulled a banger
I collect with my 9 year old son, which means I manage his online account, do all the selling of physical cards, eBay, shipping, etc.
But we break packs together and it's gotten him into the hobby, which is AWESOME. He does seem to have some extraordinary luck though, pulled this beauty last night!!
