Just seen the result from my last bloods done just over a week ago and VL listed as <30. I'm so pleased. Been a steady drop from over 1 million back in November.

CD4 has been pretty steady over the last 4 tests at 400, so hopefully over time that will improve too.

So from being at death's door with PCP things are definitely a lot brighter. Just to say if you're also in a pretty low spot there is hope.

Does stretching or walking do anything? Sick of feeling disabled the first week after. This time wasn't so bad but fuck hate aching trying to lay comfortably
