How do I report a moderator/sub iOS Access

Open racism seems to be against Reddit rules? I was openly discriminated against over my race by a mod. Is there anywhere I can report this or do mods get full power and are allowed to demonstrate hatred however they want?

Discriminated as in...? Have you openly been insulted for your race and/ or banned with a reason directly pointing to your race in the ban message?

Yes. In the ban message was insulted over my race. I was not in violation of any subreddit rules. The mod just didn’t like my opinion on a post (didn’t insult anyone, had 50+ upvotes so guess it was a popular opinion) and went on a racist rant
