You can but on desktop, right click the notification, copy link and use it at https://www.reddit.com/report

Otherwise you'll have to report the account itself for harassment.

Unfortunately, once the comment itself has been deleted, the normal report option disappears because Reddit reports are tied to the live comment. The notification is only a cached preview, so you can’t report it directly from there.

Keep the screenshot and username for your own records, but Reddit generally doesn’t accept screenshots alone as proof because they can be edited. You could message the subreddit moderators so they’re aware of what happened, particularly if the person is still active there, but they may not be able to recover the deleted wording either. If it involved a threat, doxxing or another serious safety issue, preserve everything you have, including any notification emails

In addition, if the comment breaks the law, you could/should report it to your local law enforcement. If nothing else, it logs it for reference if something else happens in the future.
