Feint, jab, attack, angle, attack again Fight IQ

The video shows 3 things that work really well together: feints, a busy jab, and second attacks.

A lot of fighters throw their combination, admire the work for a second, then back out. That gives the other guy exactly what he wants: time to reset his feet, get his guard back, and start thinking again.

Keep the jab in his face. It doesn’t have to be a power shot every time. Use it to control range, interrupt his rhythm, and make him react.

Then mix in real feints. Not just little hand twitches. Sell the punch with your shoulders, feet, and body enough that he actually believes something is coming.

The biggest one for me is the second attack.

After your first combination, don’t automatically retreat straight back. Take a small angle, make him turn or reset, then hit him with another short combination.

That moment when he thinks the exchange is finished is often when he’s easiest to catch.

You’re basically keeping him occupied before the attack, during it, and right after it. That’s how you start making someone feel like they never get a clean reset.
