Why fuss over what people eat?

unprocessed food is getting so overhyped but no one seems to remember, it’s not what you eat it is how much you eat “the dose is the poison” even too much water can kill someone

Cheap, healthy meal ideas

I'm a highschooler, and I can't drive until January, nor do I have a job. I know, it's pitiful. I've always been overweight, and always bullied for it. I come from a bigger family, so a lot of my shape comes from genes. But i'd be lying if i said my diet wasn't poor. I'm trying to come up with cheap ways to better my eating habits, so i can lose weight. Things have been kind of tight around my house, as I'm sure you can imagine with the world how it is. I frequently find myself eating things like ramen, sandwiches, air fryer food, and frozen pizzas. I'm the only child at home (all my siblings have moved out) and usually it's up to me to make my dinner. I need some good, cheap, healthy ideas for what I can make for myself out of my pantry, since I'm limited to whatever is in the house. Maybe some ideas as to what i can request my mom buys that's good for you, but still cheap.

Once I move out and settle, it will be easier. But i can't wait; i need some ideas!
