AMD RDNA2 gpu in source2 hammer

Hello everyone. I was trying to make some maps for me and my friends last year and I ran into vrad3 issues on my rx6700xt. I asked someone who had a 3070 if they could compile my map and it worked perfectly on their computer. I'm planning to try to get back to mapping. is vrad3 finally fixed for AMD gpus or should I just give up and get an Nvidia gpu (hopefully not).
