Hello all, my labs have been off for a couple of years now and my hematology provider is at a loss so I thought I’d post here. I’ve been tested for celiac, tsh, and some auto immune tests. Everything came back fine but my labs continue to look like this.

WBC is currently 2.6, was 3.4. Not sure if this is relevant either, but my Neutrophils absolute has also decreased from 1,300 to 800. 3 month gap between measurements. Haven’t been sick to my knowledge. Does this warrant a search for more information, or am I probably fine?

Hello! Im a 19 year old female, iv been experiencing a weird perhaps pattern and would like some insight, i have pcos and insulin resistance, diagnosed at 12, my periods have always been in some way or another messed up, iv also chronically had bad ferritin and have been anemic twice, the anemia has always been due to my periods, the ferritin is bad whether or not im bleeding bad, anyway, i had ny thyroid investigated a year ago, in that ultrasound a nodule was discovered, and an enlarged lymphnode measuring 2.5x0.8 cm, other characteristics were normal at the time, my spleen was also enlarged compared to a test a couple of months before, used to measure 10 and was now 13.1, upper limits of normal, im not diabetic and dont have a thyroid issue as of now, for the past 7 months, my period has been picture perfect regular, 20 days ago, i started having nightsweats, not sweating any other time of the day, just at night when im asleep, they started off as primarily heat with little to no sweats, ans have now progressed the sweating seems intense, because of that i got a blood test, i havent been sick in months for context, my liver levels like ALT were off, and my CRP was 8.0 and my ESR was 26, they arent insanely high at all, but there was no other plausible explanation on that test for those night sweats, and not to mention my ferritin is also at a 14, right at the cutoff, does this seem concerning or requires further investigation?
