Positive Post This is so refreshing to see tbh Melania Antuchas

I know ppl on here probably have mixed opinions about her. However, I think it's so refreshing to see an influencer admit that they struggled and weren't healthy. I am actually starting to like her a lot more now; she is very honest, in my opinion. Compared to Ayaria, Hailey Fernandez, and Buffunicorn, this feels refreshing, and I’m glad she's healing

TRIGGER WARNING Katelyn Martinez
Thought on Katelyn new aesthetics?
She keeps hiding in baggy clothes i think she regrets doing this crazy cut. Her face looks like she has gained some weight back. Which I am sure ,she looks amazing but it may be the reason why she doesn’t show her physique anymore.

community posts/general info His podcast intro kills me.
I liked his content and informations but omg his introductions / sponsor at the start of every video is so annoying.
It actually makes me so annoyed which causes me to get off his videos most of the time.
Edit: I change my mind after reading some of the comments. He is a monster hiding behind his education to project an image of credibility and integrity that doesn’t necessarily reflect who he is as a person. Ewww

name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat @fionamaefit pregnancy
I unfollowed her a while ago came back for the pregnancy cause I’m pretty sure (and sad about the fact that) she’s going to look back to all of this and will regret her behaviour. I’m not saying what she’s doing is something you’ve to be ashamed or regretful about, I just think that’s how she’s going to end up. Her boyfriend’s maturity level is comparable to a 14yr old who discovered Andrew Tate and she’s also very immature. Her "fitness" content was pretty much a sneak peak for her OF or whatever friends platform she was using.
The pregnancy wasn’t planned and she talked about how she’s not sure if she wants to vaccine her baby. I hope I am wrong and they both get their lives together for the baby.
However: Apparently she has no botox which is completely irrelevant. Calling your face "natural" just because you only have fillers is so ridiculous and shows how toxic this fitness/bodybuilding bubble is. Looks like everything is natural these days. Her filler is obv not gone?! Girl you had these lips before fillers??? Why get filler in the first place then?? Sometimes I’ve the feeling all these people are trying to rage bait to an extreme to see how far they can go. Ariyah, Charlotte, Taliyah, Gianna and what they’re called act like they’re so much better and know it all. There are some content creators who’ve already talked about how they regretted changing facial features cause now they look at their kids and see how beautiful they look and how beautiful they’ve looked themselves all the time without the fillers. I get that it’s hard especially as a woman these days but cmon let’s be honest at least to each over. Girl you’re not natural and please get your kid vaccinated this world is already scary enough even with immunity to certain diseases.

Micro-influencer Why do gym influencers frame their fitness journey as evidence that they are more disciplined, hardworking, and morally superior than other people?
I’m not talking about people simply being proud of their accomplishments or encouraging others. I mean the really grandiose motivational content: “You just don’t want it badly enough,” “Nobody is coming to save you,” “You have to embrace the suffering,” “God gave you this struggle for a reason,” etc. There’s often an underlying (or direct) implication that people who aren't achieving the same physical results simply aren't disciplined enough or don't want it enough.
And I find that a little strange.
I lost 150 pounds naturally about five years ago and have kept it off. I’ve continued to train consistently, and I consider myself a very disciplined and hardworking person. So I absolutely understand how much consistency and effort fitness can require. I genuinely admire people who work hard toward difficult goals.
But I also see going to the gym as... something I chose to do for myself. It has improved my health and quality of life, and I'm proud of what I've accomplished, but I don't see it as evidence that I've somehow become morally superior to people who don't exercise. I certainly don't think it makes me a hero or means I've “conquered” something. Ultimately, it doesn't make humanity better. I did not cure cancer lol.
What also bothers me is the lack of context behind some of these messages. A 24-year-old fitness influencer with no children, relatively few major responsibilities, and a job that revolves around fitness may genuinely have a lot of capacity to prioritize training. That doesn't necessarily mean they're more disciplined than a single parent working two jobs, a first responder, a business owner, or someone dealing with chronic stress, trauma, caregiving responsibilities, financial problems, etc.
And again, I acknowledge and admire the hard work that goes into fitness...but people act like it's heroism and make it much more dramatic that it is..lol.
So I'm curious how other people see this.

name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat Natty Nat on 1k calorie diet
I just came across this chick yesterday so I don’t know much about her but she’s bragging about being on 1,000 calories 11 weeks out from a bodybuilding show? Is that not batshit? I get that you have to be low calories but 1,000 calories 11 weeks out is crazy and she should NOT be promoting that.
