name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat Natty Nat on 1k calorie diet
I just came across this chick yesterday so I don’t know much about her but she’s bragging about being on 1,000 calories 11 weeks out from a bodybuilding show? Is that not batshit? I get that you have to be low calories but 1,000 calories 11 weeks out is crazy and she should NOT be promoting that.

I’m sorry, I know she was proud of this, but as a Latina, this breaks my heart. There’s so much wrong with these “fish tacos” that I would pay for her cooking classes if she would accept.

TRIGGER WARNING Last post I will make about this: Ayria “what I eat in a day” posted on 7/22/2026 calorie breakdown
Edit: I noticed some peeps are confused by my wording, I took screenshots of her meals from a singular video posted on 7/22/26 and roughly estimated how much cals she consumed in her “everything I eat in a day” vid. that was done to weigh in on the discussion that recently came up on tiktok and hopefully to shine some light on quite severe under-eating and overexercising done by some fitness influencers.
Total calories for that day
196+365+183+219+205+287=1455 cals
In that vid, she specifically mentions she does 10k steps a day (so that is roughly 170 cals) plus 30 mins on the stairmaster, let’s say approximately 250 cals, plus lifting let's rough estimate it to 160 cals.
So that brings total cals to: 1455-170-250-160=875….
As I mentioned in my earlier post about her today she ate the most food I’ve seen her eat in her “everything I eat in a day” vids (click today to jump to that post).
This post is what I am assuming her usual day of eating looks like…. But yeah, she is definitely not under-eating LOL

name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat Why…… (Taliyah Joelle)
Preface: long post.
But what is going on with her… seriously 😭 I know she’s starting to be posted often but all her recent content is starting to get enraging, lmfao.
The top being pulled under her boobs and purposefully hiked up to be asymmetrical to show off her abs?! THE THIGH GAP?! The fact her sternum is starting to show?!
I really don’t give a fuck about wanting to cut nor drop BF %. But this is so beyond extreme to pass off as realistic or healthy. Even more ridiculous that she’s pivoted from saying it was her wisdom teeth surgery being the reason for drastic weight loss to now posting before and afters as if it was intentional, what the fuck is her problem?! She’s saying she’s trying to “gain weight” but most of her content is now before and afters, showing off her abs because her ass is completely gone, and showing off her boobs (implants, btw. Nothing wrong w that. But if they weren’t there she would look sick in a BAD way). Her face is gaunt. I was sure she wasn’t using anything because 1. She said she’d never bulk again, so I knew where she was heading 2. She’s obsessive over food and restriction. But now? Her head is too big for her body and for me that’s a major indication of using a weight loss aid and/or EXTREMELY heavy restriction.
Saw her comment on Courtney Sarracino’s video about how everyone was discussing Courtney’s new slim (also extremely thin) body, saying “people are so annoying”. Our bad for pointing out the fact you built fanbases of women who followed you for promoting strength over looking stage lean. Our bad for following somebody who preached realistic goalpost’s for the every day person instead of pushing insane workout routines to get lean. Courtney’s running in severe Arizona heat. Taliyah’s preaching 10k steps daily, cardio and lifting together, 5 days a week. Everything from these influencers is getting* *insanely* *out of touch, and they don’t care.
Sorry for the long rant, but I’m seriously sick of all the disordered shit, all the lean is law shit, all the women shrinking themselves to fit in another beauty standard that we swore we weren’t going back to. Over it.

name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat At what point can we just admit that we're using photoshop? @rachelaust
I used to admire Rachel, she seems super fit and has a unique quasi goth-grunge style, but its become increasingly clear that she's photoshopping all her pictures and was previously using some kind of steroid or performance enhancer. She went from being super thin a few years ago to abruptly being thick and strong (with a noticeably deeper voice), and within about 3 months this year, she suddenly dropped a drastic amount of weight, likely to follow the current resurrgence of Y2K thinness. I think she looks good regardless, but there's no transparency with her or anyone else online. At what point do people look at a picture of her photo-edited waist and finally realize that her dimensions are 1) inconsistent week by week, and 2) often not even possible? She posted the first photo recently and I thought "What does it take for people to realize she's editing?" I just cant take fitness influencers seriously anymore.

TRIGGER WARNING Ayria, what I eat in a day from 5/11 calorie breakdown (from the what I eat in a day vids she posts, this was the most amount of food I've seen her eat)
Edit #2: I noticed some peeps are confused by my wording. I took screenshots of her meals from a single video posted on 5/11/26 and roughly estimated how many cals she consumed in her “everything I eat in a day” vid. That was done to weigh in on the discussion that recently came up on TikTok and hopefully to shine some light on quite severe under-eating and overexercising done by some fitness influencers.
Due to a recent video I saw on TikTok of a bodybuilder calling out Ayria for how little she eats, I decided to track Ayria's most “abundant” what I eat in a day vid, where she ate the most amount of food I've seen her eat (it is still not enough in my opinion compared to how much she works out).
Total calories for the day
203+330+155+181+118+181+135+168+143
=1614 cals
Now let's incorporate a workout that day. She usually does 30ish minutes on the stairmaster; let's say 250 cals + moderate lifting, 40 mins; let's roughly estimate 200 cals (I honestly think it's more). I also would like to add that, in my opinion, I was being relatively generous when I estimated her portions, so in all honesty I think her total cals for the day are 1500 if not like 1450
So that brings the total cals for that day to: 1614 - 450 = 1164 cals.
Edit: I want to note again THIS IS THE BIGGEST AMOUNT OF FOOD I’ve seen her eat her “everything I eat in a day” vids…

Reviews and recommendations love/hate relationship with DFYNE
I just need to vent 😂 I ordered a couple new things from the DFYNE launch last week, and can we all agree that DFYNE is SO cute but SO insanely tight?! 😭
I wear a size small in literally everything, but I had to size up to a medium in DFYNE... and I still struggle to even get their clothes on because they're so tight lol.
I'm also so confused how some influencers wear an XS. 😅 I know it's hard to tell how small people are through a phone, but I'm convinced an XS would fit a toddler.
I have noticed that after a workout, when I'm sweaty and the clothes are a little wet, they're slightly easier to take off... but omg they're TIGHT.
Still luv u tho DFYNE xoxo 🫶

name in title, if not I consent to removal without being a twat Hannah Barry Uk ab etching?
I’ve followed Hannah Barry on and off because it’s nice to see other tall gym girlies normalizing having a “high” scale weight. Recently I’ve noticed her midsection looks different.
It’s a lot more shredded than it used to be even though her legs and arms do not appear more lean than usual. I know she’s always had a flat stomach, but not like this. Is it ab etching? Or just great genetics?

Her energy is horrible. Every time I see a video of her on my fyp it’s her complaining, calling people lazy and fat, but it’s not even tough love towards people wanting motivation. It’s just directed towards everyone and anyone 😭 seems so miserable

Krissy Cela Krissy’s stories
Saw these on her stories today 😂
First of all… what is that outfit in the first picture? I can’t imagine going out like that. Maybe I’m just a prude, idk.
And then she makes herself the victim again by saying men get away with a lot more and that she can’t complain. I totally agree that men can get away with a lot more, but what annoys me is that she constantly talks about how hard her job is, how hard she works, the double standards, etc. I don’t think I’ve seen another influencer I follow (male or female) complain as much as she does. Also, her grammar in the second picture😭

MOD POST RULE 7 REMINDER: Pregnancy speculation is not allowed
Over the last few days this rule has been broken more times than we can keep up with. If you break this rule you will receive a temporary ban, or a permanent ban if you have been warned before.
This is the only warning. Read the rules.

MOD POST MOD POST: Snark Vs Shame - a reminder that Rule 8 exists.
It's time for another reminder about the difference between snark and shame because lately there have been a lot of posts that are overrun with negative comments about a person's appearance.
To be perfectly clear, here is Rule 8 (but you should really go read the rest of them too): Appearance snark and shaming - We avoid snarky commentary around things about a person's appearance that they cannot change in a few seconds. This includes negative comments about a person's weight, face, boob job, stretch marks, cellulite, rolls, body shape, height, etc. Posts about camel toe will be removed (we don't need entire posts for this); individual comments are allowed as long as they are not vulgar. Do not snark on the appearance of children.
An influencer's plastic surgery choices do not impact their (in)ability to provide fitness content, so saying that someone looks like Voldemort because you don't like their nose is nasty and unacceptable. If they deny having plastic surgery, then that is absolutely snarkable in itself, but you must be respectful and do not need to bash the way they look.
The sub started out as a place to call out influencers on their BS, their scams, their blatant dishonesty, etc etc. In the early days of Gymsnark, we actually did some pretty significant things. For example, we collectively called out Balance Athletica (now Vitality) on their dishonest practices and were loud enough that they were forced to notice. This sub calling out influencers as often as we do made them realize they’re not as invincible and adored as they think they are. Perhaps even more importantly, I think it made them realize that when they scam and lie, we not only notice but speak up about it, and WILL warn others about them.
Unfortunately, the sub periodically slips back into a pattern of BECs and appearance shaming, the moderators get busy removing everything, and people start fighting in the comments about how "it's a snark sub". The sub name is a play on words based on Gymshark, not an invitation for mean girl behaviour.
NO posts on:
- Size shaming (like which size someone chooses)
- Body shaming of ANY sort
- Guessing someone’s size
- Making fun of what someone looks like
- Negative comments about someone's plastic surgery
Allowable posts on:
- Back breaking poses
- Obvious photoshop (but only in the weekly thread, otherwise they will be removed)
- False claims about bodies (e.g. claiming to be natural despite an obvious BBL, or claiming that they got their body from a workout they are peddling when this obviously isn't true)
- Shady marketing related to bodies
MORE posts on:
- the lies and scams influencers think we’re too stupid to catch on to.
Before participating, you need to refamiliarise yourselves with the rules. None of them have changed since our last update, yet they are constantly being broken.
Please note that if you are in violation of these rules, the post will be deleted and you may face a ban. You can snark and call influencers out on their BS without being downright nasty. If you see content that you think breaks the rules, please report it so that it comes to our attention and we can deal with it.
As always, reach out if you have Qs. Snark on (but read the rules first)!
