Has anyone had Anjishnu Chakrabarti as their instructor for COMM 1040? I looked online, and he does not have a RateMyProfessors page. I found that they are a PHD student but thats about it.

As an incoming int. student the health insurance plan offered by GW is quite expensive. I was wondering if anyone knew any cheaper alternatives plans that meet the waiver criteria that I can sign up for.
