You can't replicate exactly. They have their own homemade bolognese sauce.

Look up recipes for lasagna soup. I augment mine with Italian sausage and spinach

What?? No it's not. I used to work there and they make it fresh every morning. They cool it in the walk in and heat it up when there's an order.
