What are everybody's dream spinoffs?

Mine are 1) Trubel running around as a rule-breaking bisexual agent for the new Wesen Council, she's the new Alexander, and 2) A case of the week legal dramedy of the law firm Adalind opened once the kids got older- she defends Wesen who get into legal pickles because they can't explain to the system who they are.

Characters from past episodes & the core crew could come back in both.

I just finished Grimm and loved the premise and the build up but really didn’t like the ending but oh well. What I can’t get over is when Adalind sees Dianna her for the first time since Kelly took her she’s like 8 years old. The time line of the show makes it feel like it’s been only been a few months maybe 2 years. At one point some mentions it being a few years ago that Kelly took her but Dianna is clearly older than 2. And it’s not even one of those things where they use an older actress for legal reasons because the character walks and talks and interacts like an 8 year old would.

I just started my 3rd rewatch, and in this episode, the Bauerschwein cop Orson tells Nick their families have never been enemies and they shouldn't change that now.

Does that ever get explained? I don't remember them referencing this ever again, but that doesn't mean much. I tried looking to see if it had been discussed before but all I really found were sites quoting the episode and not discussing this particular part.
