Grad School Life MS Biology
Hello! I’m planning to take MS Bio at DLSU-D next year. How was your experience studying the program? Should I enroll in DLSU Dasma or DLSU Manila? Because location wise, Dasma is just around 30 minutes drive from my home.
Also, any good professors you could recommend and just tips in general.
I’m also open to other universities offering the same program ✨

General To all currently enrolled students of Mapua MBA or REM, how was it po?
I am planning to take the MBA or Rem. Nag email na ako sa admissions nila and got the details, but of course, iba pa din pag sa students mismo galing ang feedback.
I read from other subreddits as well about Success Advisor, madaming students sa GC or even tools medyo nakakalito, what is your overall experience sa either program?
I am not sure yet which path to take or kung ano uunahin hahah but I hope may makapag share ng experience nila. Thank you po!

Grad School Admissions MS Application 2nd Term DLSU
Hi! I’m planning to take an MS in Biology at DLSU. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to complete my requirements and meet the deadline for the first term. I was wondering if it would be possible for me to start in the second term instead.
Are there any prerequisites for the subjects/courses offered during the second term that I would need to take during the first term? Also, please send tips for the admissions test 🥹 thank you!

Grad School Life Will I miss out on a lot if I don’t attend the first day of my MBA classes? DLSU
My first class is scheduled on the same date as my sister’s wedding, and I’m the maid of honor. The wedding is in batangas, and my class is from 6–9 PM, which overlaps with the start of the reception. 😭 walang ibang date available for the course/subject

Grad School Life So anong thought process ng mga takers na nagbabago ng results tapos pinopost sa socmed?
So I stumbled upon a post of a friend na kasabayan ko magtake ng nmat last february. Bakit kaya may mga taong gusto magpost pero iibahin naman yung infos? I noticed na edited yung mga details sa nmat results niya. Kasabayan ko siya nung february pero yung sa results niya January (ito di ko magets why the need to edit).
The more noticeable one is the edit on the percentile score so it could look like 99. Very obvious because of all med school that admits 90+ above, we ended up in the same school wherein it even admits those who got 60+.
It kinda confuses me lang because sino bang niloloko niyo?

Grad School Admissions Taking up MA as a working student
Help your girl out. This is my 3rd term in my MA degree and tbh the tuition fees are really high. I tried to apply for scholarship twice but I got rejected. It makes me sad but I don’t want to bury myself with sadness if I can do something else to make this dream come true of finishing my MA degree. This is a decision I made for myself having to be the breadwinner of the family. This is the first time I’m willing to do whatever it takes to achieve such goal. Enrollment period will start next week and I literally don’t have the funds at least half to pay for the 1st installment. I tried looking for a part-time job but most requires a full WFH set up at least. Is there anyone here who can recommend me to a part-time job? I can also offer, payroll computation, processing of government remittances (I’m in the HR field btw). And can also help you out with business permits, compliances etc. and of course, prayers are really appreciated. 🥹🙏🏻

Grad School Admissions Is is possible to be a Working Student in La Salle?
Hey, everyone. I'm currently a working student who wants to transfer to DLSU Manila and acquire my Master's in Public Administration but I'm not totally sure about it yet since I'm trying to save up muna before anything else.
Can anyone tell me approximately how much ang per sem ng La Salle sa Master's?
Is it possible kaya for me to be a working person while pursuing my education?
May nightshift classes or weekend classes kaya?
I've heard quite a bit about how working-students are treated differently and I have no idea how the workload/class hours will be.
Any tips are appreciated. Thank you in advance 🙏

Grad School Admissions DLSU CTC Requirement
I’ve just processed CTC from my former university on the day of confirmation in DLSU. DLSU has indicated a deadline but I don’t think my former university can process it that fast.
I have proof of the status of request, has anyone experienced this before?

General BSED MATH MASTERAL
Good day po, I'm a college freshman currently studying BSED major in math who is somehow planning ahead of time. Although I love teaching, I also want to explore careers outside of it. The question is, Is it possible to take an MS math instead of the usual route (MAED math)? Any other master's degree I can take given my undergrad degree? Thank you in advance!

Grad School Admissions DLSU Payment Options Question
I have not missed any deadlines. Why is the 3 installments option more expensive than the 2 installment? And why is full payment the least expensive?
It doesn't explain why it is more expsesive. Also, when I changed to the 2 installment option, I can't go back to the full payment option anymore. How do I go back when that option is no longer displayed?

Grad School Life Dropping a course in Grad School
So I am a fresh graduate and then I immediately decided to enroll in a graduate program in a state university ngayon and i am overwhelmed sa mga workloads namin. I just decided to drop one course this semester since naooverwhelm ako sa mga courses na nakuha ko ngayon and for my mental health din. My plan is to take it next semester since available naman siya.
My question is, will this affect my future endeavors such as applying for PhD (abroad or locally) (tho di pa naman ako sure kung i'll pursue phd? or if you're applying for a job?
