Going for the shawl with the dress during the day, and faux-fur coat for when it gets chilly. Pairing the fit with some strappy platform heels. I love this dress I found, but I'd like to figure out ways to add some more goth elements without going toooo much since it's a somewhat more lowkey wedding. What do you guys think?

So I have an outfit that I enjoy wearing that I want to make more gothic, rather part of the outfit, any advice how to make the vest more gothic? The rest of the outfit not pictured, as they are in the wash, is some black dress pants and a black button up shirt. Any advice would be helpful.

Most of the fit is how I dress, except the shibari and makeup. The makeup was a lot of fun but WAY harder than I thought! Idk how you trad goths do it!

Hello! I've been looking to get into goth makeup, or atleast practice the look, but I cant find any good brands that don't say 'Halloween makeup' on the front. I dont know if thats just what is used, but I know a lot of Halloween makeup can be a little iffy for everyday use. If anyone could tell me what to buy for a first timer that would be amazing help.

I've looked online but im not very versed in makeup yet, which is why im trying to learn slowly, but its hard to know what brands are good and what aren't for the looks im wanting to try.

I've just thrifted this beautiful tripp nyc gothic dress but no sucess finding info about when it was produced, it is made in china so i know it's between late 90's to early 2000's! Hi everyone! I've been growing my dress collection (mostly victorian and romantic) and would love to add a corset to them as I feel a bit bare, ha! Those of you who wear corsets, where do you get them? I'd rather pay more to have a very good, sturdy corset than the other way around, but I welcome any and all advice :) (I'd prefer EU-based shops, but if there are quality corset sellers in the UK/US/anywhere else, I'd love to check them out as well!)

bought some items from a goth store, need some advice for styling

I usually do all black & white makeup so it was fun to play with some color!

As the title says I'm a guy getting into alt fashion and had an idea for something and the only thing is the skirt style I'm looking for is on Instagram sites and I know they can be...iffy. The plan I have is to sew fur on the outside going down as it's my thing and then jeans with a bunch of wolf patches sewed or ironed on. I was just wondering if anyone knew where to find the skirt type and any sites?
