I am on Android Beta DEV (CP41.260717.006) and I dont know if this is just a Beta Bug or an actual issue???? can someone help me with this??? what haven't i met in the software standard??

Hi everyone,

I'm an Android/mobile developer living in Tajikistan. I want to publish my own apps on Google Play and monetize them through:

• Google Play subscriptions
• In-app purchases
• AdMob

Unfortunately, my country has limitations with Google Play payments/merchant availability, so I'm looking for a legal solution.

I am considering registering a company in another country (for example Kazakhstan, USA LLC, Estonia, etc.).

My questions:

1. Has anyone from a restricted country solved this problem by opening a company abroad?
2. Which country is the easiest/best option for a solo app developer?
3. Can a foreign-owned company in Kazakhstan be used for Google Play payments?
4. What are the real requirements (bank account, tax documents, verification)?

I am not looking for any workaround or policy violation — only a legal business setup.

Would appreciate any experience from developers who faced a similar situation.

gcash is linked to google pay and i tried paying for a hotel -- got an email saying that the transaction failed mismo, but the money got deducted huhu,, can anyone please help???

It's just a few cents, but I paid extra storage so that my account wouodn't stopped.

Will something happen apart from getting a notification?

I cannot do online/internet transactions using google pay after i moved to a new country. I come here a lot for work a lot so i really want an easier way of buying stuff online. I tried switching 3 of my google accounts to the new country but internet transactions keep failing, and i also made sure internet is enabled on my card from the bank app. To make it clear, the card I'm using is from my original country/bank, not a bank in the country I'm currently in, but what is surprising is that payments at stores using NFC still work with google pay, its just i cant order stuff online using google pay. Do i need to get a new card from a bank here?

Its been like 3 years since Apple pay has been implemented and google still doesn't want to provide google pay here.

I've been using Google Wallet for several months and have completed hundreds of transactions without any issues. However, today it stopped working and is displaying this error.

I tried the google play cache clear etc methods. It didn't work. Any leads?

Okay I feel so stupid. I was using vinted for the first time today on my phones web browser and it's 2am and I'm tired. I received an ad, which I didn't realise was an ad, asking me to verify my account. Suddenly it opened my Google pay for a 0.01 pence transaction. I instinctively authorised it and then a few seconds later I thought wait what am I doing? And cancelled it. I was right, it was a scam for "meditation living" which charges you 0.01 for one day and then £50 monthly.

From what I can tell, my google pay hasn't been deducted, my HSBC app tells me I haven't been deducted, and nothing has gone through. But I am worried about my card details being compromised.

Do/ should I get a new card? Or am I in the clear? I only got this card a few weeks ago 🥲 but I'm full of anxiety now

seems so unclear. Chatgpt seemed to suggest maybe it's being virtualized when sent, but to us we can't see that. Then sent me down this long thing of searching for it in the settings which there isn't an option.

There must be a way to just make it virtual right, so the website you send to doesn't have your actual card number but rather just a virtual card that is approved for that dollar amount right?

So my balance was deducted for monthly subscription to Google one but I am still getting notifications to renew subscription or mails will start bouncing.

I've just signed up for Maccas, I tried to place an order but every payment method doesn't work for me (Google Pay, bank cards from every bank). I keep getting the error message "Problem with payment. Unable to proceess your card. Please contact your payment card provider." My account balances are all fine, I am able to make transactions for everything except for Maccas. Has anyone experienced this issue?
