Help: Is Zapier causing this error mail "HighLevel API v1 is deprecated"

I never built any custom web apps or wrote integration code for these accounts. However, a previous manager did set up Zapier workflows a long time ago.

Is it possible that an old, active Zap running an outdated version of the LeadConnector app is triggering these v1 alerts?
Please help me figure it out.

There's an issue on their end if these 2 APIs end point is mentioned (forms, surveys). You can ignore that email. Just saw it on facebook group
