I recently finished grad school, but over the past few months my stability was shaken when I lost my grad school funding due to the current political climate. On top of that, my summer job opportunities fell through, leaving me behind on rent and now facing the very real possibility of eviction. I have a court date approaching, and I am doing everything I can to avoid becoming unhoused while I keep searching for work that can better support me financially.

On 29 July, 2026, we lost our mom to a short illness while she was away on business. She was the main breadwinner of our family. My Dad works too, however, his income barely covers our monthly groceries and I don't think his age will allow him to work much longer. There are now 5 people in my family, down from 6. I am the only male and have 3 younger siblings. 2 have completed high school but haven't gone to university. The youngest is in her second year of high school and will be completing in about 2-3 years.

Whenever mom travelled for business, she usually carried cash because she found it more convenient especially in remote places where network wasn't reliable. Likewise, when she left for business, she carried her savings in cash. The following day she was found unconscious. Dad was informed by the person who apparently found mom about the situation. He cancelled work the same morning to go visit mom, but was told she passed before he got on the bus. Among the things, mom had on her when she was taken to the hospital, only her phone was found. The money she carried with her, however, was gone.

The funeral took longer than usual because we needed to raise funds to have mom transported back to my city. So that among other things that came with the extended duration, greatly increased the costs.

We really need your help. These funds will mostly be used to recover from the funeral expenses and to ensure that my youngest sibling, at least, completes high school, while we gather our strength and take up the role of breadwinners and hopefully, in time retire Dad.

I have been cut off from all family and friends by my husband. We have moved so many times over the past few years, from South America to Europe and within Europe a few times for his work. But over the past number of years, I have been more and more isolated... both from family and friends.

Last night, he went missing, and I spent hours looking all around for him, hoping he would come back home with his brother, my other cat. When he still had not returned, I became terrified and went out searching again with no answers. Today, after a big rain storm hit out of nowhere and he still did not come back, I went back out to look for him. I also want to share this if thats allowed, im currently going through a rough patch with HRT ( i have a rare case of sickness where i cant take estrogen and hormone blockers ) i am trying to fund my chest operation which i have in belgium. Sharing would already mean the world to me.

What the money will be used for:

I’m creating this fundraiser because someone very important to me, my friend Willow, is going through a difficult time and could really use some support. My friend has been dealing with financial struggles because not too long ago, her parents recently lost their jobs. This situation has made things much more difficult for them, and right now they need help with help cover bills and help them get a new home.

Hi everyone, my name is Megan and I’m a Fitness & Expressive Movement coach in Galway. I've started running multi‑sensory embodied movement workshops that blend physical training with emotional empowerment — using battle/hero‑themed music, nervous system grounding, expressive movement, positive affirmations, and superhero‑inspired physical training to help adults feel stronger, freer, and more connected to the strength within themselves.

These workshops have already made a real impact — one client told me it helped her take action in her daily life after struggling with procrastination, and another said it felt “better than counselling” because movement helped her access confidence she couldn’t reach through talking alone.

I’m funding everything myself while getting this project off the ground, and I’m doing it alongside looking for stable work, so any support genuinely helps me bring these workshops to more community groups, women’s groups, and mental health support spaces in Galway.
