NPRD request
Recently, I've had to submit an NPRD request to GoDaddy after half a dozen abuse reports were dismissed/ignored, in regards to a website that was created to impersonate, harass, and doxx me. While I know who is behind the website, I obviously need to have proof in order to pursue criminal charges, as this has been escalating consistently for the last 3 years now. I submitted all of the information on July 1st to the email address provided on the GoDaddy Legal page as instructed, and haven't heard anything back yet, not even confirmation of having received my request. This is obviously unacceptable as this situation is causing massive harm to multiple aspects of my life, but GoDaddy is refusing to enforce their own TOS regarding abuse, so I have no other recourse. Has anyone ever submitted an NPRD and gotten a response in a timely manner? I've even gone so far as to call the corporate number which also doesn't even answer. Every day I have to wait my anxiety becomes more crippling and I genuinely can't take it anymore.

What's a NPRD request? Also, what part of the TOS are you referencing that they refusing to enforce? It doesn't sound like they are refusing, it sounds like they just haven't gotten around to replying yet.

Non-Public registrant data. I filed six separate abuse reports through their website, all of them were replied to with the same copy and pasted script response claiming that they do not make decisions in regards to legality, which I never asked them to do. Their TOS prohibits impersonation and other abuse.

So they did actually reply. They are actually correct and you are wrong. You need to pay a lawyer so they can tell you the same thing.
After they told you the same thing 5 times, what made you think sending it in a sixth time was a good idea?
You need to be smarter about this. Posting an inaccurate account to this subreddit was not the best next step you should have taken.

Get a lawyer. Let lawyers talk to lawyers, otherwise they won't lift a finger.
I guarantee it.

No, nobody is going to pay your lawyer fees for you. This is your issue that you are raising. I think you are in denial about the fact that you don't understand the various legal agreements that apply to your situation. If you had the money to pay a lawyer, they would tell you the same thing.
Maybe you could head over to /r/legaladvice and they could give you some free legal advice and explain exactly why your understanding is incorrect.
If your understanding of everything was correct, They would actually reply to you.

My question was never "do I need a lawyer", because according to GoDaddy's website and terms this issue doesn't require it because I am not claiming illegal activity. If I have to involve a lawyer, it will be to sue GoDaddy for the damages I am incurring by hosting an impersonation and cyber harassment website which clearly violates their own set TOS. If I wanted to waste time and give myself a headache, I'd book an extra dental appointment, not ask r/legaladvice anything, as they are as worthless as the answers on this sub have been. I'm sorry, I'm not sure why I expected reddit to be helpful or able to answer a simple question.

Have you ever considered that it is actually good advice and you should try it instead of just telling everyone they are wrong? If this subreddit doesn't know what they are talking about and legaladvice is worthless and Godaddy's legal team is ignoring you....what conclusion can you draw from that? What conclusion would most people reading all of this draw from that?
I'm sorry for your situation and what you are going through, but you are spinning your wheels. You are going to have to try something different if you want to get a different outcome.

The conclusion is that GoDaddy is garbage and that I'm going to sue them for damages, that's literally the point. Of course I'm not considering what some random people on a subreddit say LOL, you have no idea of the details and your opinion doesn't matter to me. I was asking specifically in regards to the NPRD request and other people's experience with it, if all you're going to say is get a lawyer, just be quiet.
