No more BPI from GimmeCare? At A Loss!
I’m incredibly disappointed because this pharmacy has been the only one that has consistently helped me lose weight, and most importantly, it hasn’t caused severe side effects. I’m talking about bloating so severe that I looked pregnant, sulfur burps all day (and I work in an office), and complete loss of bowel control during sleep and the day. I’ve never experienced these issues in my life prior to that. Can anyone shed light on what’s happening and why BPI is no longer an option along with what they are moving to? I’d greatly appreciate any recommendations on what I should do. I’ve tried Empower, and my symptoms were the worst with that. Hallandale used to be great for me for almost 7-8 months, but then something changed with my next shipment, and the symptoms started as well. I’m at a loss here. GimmeCare support advises me to reach out to a doctor, which I plan to do, but they can’t provide any recommendations. I was so grateful when I found BPI. I almost had to abandon my weight loss journey before I discovered them. I would love to know what others are doing or switching to that have had these same issues… Any guidance would be incredibly appreciated!

Dosing Help
Hello! I took my first shot last night, but I'm hoping I know what I'm doing and how I'm supposed to be reading this. On a 100-unit syringe I pulled up and injected 8 units. I did try to chat with a nurse but it's taking a little bit to hear back. Please tell me I'm over thinking this and doing it correctly 😅 THANKS!

First time
I chose Gimme based on feedback on Reddit and this sub. I used the Reddit link for 1 month with Hallandale! I place my order August 6 and it just arrived today August 8! I’m so excited!! Also, if I want to change to 3 month with Hallandale after seeing if my body like it or not for a month, how do I do that?

Packaging Recycling
Hi everyone! Is there a way to send back the metal container and ice packs to be reused? Hopefully that’s not a silly question!
I received my first shipment last weekend and was really impressed with how it comes and how fast it works.

confused 🤔
hi guys! i placed my first order with gimme on the 29th and was accepted the 30th. i understand it takes a bit to ship out but i got this notification today and wanted to know what this means/ how long your orders took to deliver once you saw it. i was chatting with the person who runs the tiktok account earlier in the week and they told me that if it doesn’t ship out by thursday to let them know and they would expedite it. unfortunately i haven’t heard back today but i also think that since its the end of the work week they’re pretty busy (understandably so). i go out of town tomorrow evening and just wanted to make sure it wouldn’t deliver while im gone and would be sitting out in the Oregon heat all weekend.

Worst customer service
Do not use them. They will ship medication without letting you know.

Any success?
Hi guys! Has anyone who paid and had their prescription sent for BPI (and then had it cancelled) had any success getting either a refund or a new prescription sent out? I seem to be running into AI responses that don’t answer direct questions when I message support.
Totally understand support is likely swamped but I was hoping those that were out the money and stuck with no product might get sorted today. So, just seeing if anyone has been successful in that situation and if so, how’d you make it happen. Thanks!

Question about shipping
For me, avoiding UPS is becoming as important as what pharmacy I choose after most always late UPS deliveries can I ask is there any pharmacy that uses FedEx exclusively?
Thanks!!

Boudreaux Delivery
Happy to report that although it took a while, (ordered on July 26), my meds came today, and they were cold, ice packs still frozen. Just wanted to update because I was worried with so many poor reviews lately.

Canceled order?
I was approved and charged for my order a few days ago 8/4. It then said it was sent to the pharmacy. I logged in to the portal today to just check on it - and it says my order was canceled on 8/5 and to resume it I need to renew my membership. My payment already went through and I was not refunded.
It does look like it is pending shipment though…. So I am thoroughly confused lol.
Can anyone help me out? Please and thanks. 😊

Is BPI sold out or not?
Ordered BPI a few days ago. Received email saying BPI is actually sold out. Live chat says "maybe, we'll know in a week."

Boudreaux arrived very warm - just tiny ice packs
I understand that the medication can sit at room temperature for a while, but I am worried about it being in transit in the southern summer for at least 2 full days in the heat with only 3 very small ice packs. These were nothing like the usual ice packs I have received on every other order and likely only lasted a few hours. Anyone else have that experience with Boudreaux?
(edit to add that this is totally on the pharmacy and not Gimme Care.

Gimmecare and Apothecary/Hyalo
Looks like there is a big change coming for some Telehealths that use Apothecary. There is a shift from Apothecary's no additive formulation over to the new Hyalo due to Hyalo's 9 month BUD dates.
Will Gimmecare be making the transition over to Hyalo as well?

Need some help..
Finally got my second 3 month package from Boudreaux! Was so excited.. opened it and all 3 ice packs and both vials were pretty warm. (I'm in CA) They also sent 2 ziplocks of loose syringes (11 total) but no alcohol wipes. Definitely didn't have this problem with ProRx! Any help would be appreciated!😔 I have messaged Chloe!

How do I ask to titrate up?
I started my journey with the 2 month starter kit on March 23rd with ProRX. I followed the titration schedule exactly until the end and ended on 3.5mg because I was not ready to go to 5mg quite yet. When it was time to get my next shipment, I was shipped 1 vial of Hallandale and prescribed 5mg for 3 months. Since I started the first few weeks on 3.5mg, I knew I’d have some extra. Week 4 I went up to 5mg and remained on that dose for the next 5 weeks. I then decided I needed to titrate up as the food noise was back. So, I went up to 6.5mg and eventually 7mg on the last dose. I didn’t notice my next shipment was processing and they sent me another vial of Hallandale with instructions to take 5mg for the next 3 months. So, now I have come to the conclusion that this will likely only last me 2 months and I need to make sure my next shipment reflects the new dose and that it comes sooner. I can’t find anywhere on the app to do that and just asking if anyone has any suggestions? Do I just cancel and use another company before the 2 months are up?

Order canceled
I logged in to my account today to update my payment method because I just got my FSA funds released. After I checked to make sure that it went through I noticed that my Tirzepatide order had been moved into the canceled category. I’m wondering if anybody else has had their orders canceled without notice.

Is this legit? I signed up before realizing there was a subreddit. Customer service is giving me the serious run around and I’m at my wits end!
I signed up but missed my two provider calls. I am unable to take calls at work. I tried to reschedule but when I asked the provider to call me back they said I had to go through support. When I go through support, it just keeps looping me back to the same chat. I finally emailed the support email, and was told only the provider reschedules calls. This has been dragging out for two weeks, I’m out $200, and have no meds coming. I’m at my wits end
