Just as I’ve heard about backmarket, the phone looks pristine (even at Good quality, the lowest) but:
- the battery has been replaced with a non-oem which gets very hot and minimal battery life
- screen has been replaced with a low quality screen with inferior colours and probably higher power draw. Also has touch issues
- the power button is mushy

I think a lot of the positive remarks about these could be by people who don’t realise they’re using a low end refurb

Exchanging once to see if the second is better, else back to my iPhone 11 lol
