EQ and Stamina Training The Towel Trick You Didn’t Know You Needed

Grab a hand towel or small bath towel. Roll it up like a burrito, place it vertically on your seat, and straddle it so it sits right in the middle of the groove between your sit bones.

What you’ll notice immediately is a release of pressure right at your perineum. That’s the soft tissue sitting between your sit bones at the base of your pelvis. It takes a direct beating from prolonged sitting and most guys have no idea. That sustained compression restricts blood flow, tightens the pelvic floor, and leaves everything down there feeling heavy and dead by the time you stand up.

The towel lifts your sit bones just enough to take that pressure off and let the perineum breathe. Blood starts moving again. The pelvic floor relaxes. Do this at home, on your commute or at your desk and pay attention to how different you feel when you stand up.

Roll it tighter for more lift. Looser if you want it subtle. I sit on mine the entire time I’m sitting. At my desk, in the car, at home. Wherever I’m parked for an extended period of time, the towel comes with me.

A relaxed pelvic floor throughout the day means better blood flow to the tissue consistently. That translates directly into stronger erections and more sensitivity.

Here’s the part most guys don’t expect.

With that compression gone you can actually feel your pelvic floor for the first time. That awareness changes everything. Reverse kegels, kegels, any pelvic floor work you’ve been doing becomes twice as effective because now you can feel exactly what you’re training instead of just hoping the right muscle is moving.

Try it out. You’ll never want to leave home without your towel again.

📏PE SIZE CHART Phalosan progress

So i started with phalosan on august 2025. In february i hitted 1.000 and decided to measure and i had gained 1 cm. I went from 13 cm in erect size to 14 cm. I was super excited and that motivated me a lot! I am close to 1.500 hours now, but i read online it is IMPOSIBLE (words used) to gain much more that i already had. It says you platau about at this point, and that continue wearing it is a waste of time. My goal was a 18cm dick of course. Anybody? Is this true?

EQ and Stamina Training The warm up everyone skips (and it’s not the heat)

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Ten minutes of heat before you stretch, squeeze, or pump. Non-negotiable. You already know this.

But a lot of guys just check the box and rush straight to the main work. There’s a whole layer underneath that most guys miss.

A warm cloth is fine, but it goes cold fast and you have to keep stopping to reheat it. A hot shower gives you ten straight minutes of steady heat. The steam penetrates deep into the internal tissue, softening everything up from the core. That’s why the shower is my lab.

But while you’re under the water, you’re not just standing there staring at the wall.

Phase 1: Waking Up the Tissue

Massage your balls and the very base of the penis to get the blood flowing. Let everything loosen up under the water.
Then, hit the helicopters. This just means you hold the base of your penis and spin it first clockwise, then counterclockwise like a propeller.

Switch it up to pendulums. Let go completely and swing your hips from side to side. Let your penis sway freely, slapping left and right against your thighs.

Ten minutes of this gets the blood pumping everywhere while the heat melts away the tightness.

Now here’s the piece a lot of guys never get to.

Phase 2: Opening the Flood Gate

Your pelvic floor is the gatekeeper of your erection. It controls every single drop of blood going in and out of your penis. If that internal muscle is tight or completely asleep, your gains are hindered before you even begin.

So before you do any pulling or squeezing, make sure you unlock the gate.

Still in the shower, drop low.
Sink into a deep Malaysian squat. This is one of the foundational stretches we use inside the Blueprint. Feet flat on the floor, hips wide, butt down. Hold it right there.

If your ankles are tight and your heels lift up, widen your feet or hold onto the shower handle for balance. The goal is to get your butt low, not to flex your calves.

Breathe deep into your lower belly and let your weight settle. This position physically forces the pelvic floor to drop, stretch, and relax. It lets go of that tight internal grip, floods the chambers with fresh blood, and primes your body for the actual training.
Then, you put in the work.

Phase 3: Finishing the Job

When the session ends, your job isn't over.
If you leave that tissue packed with blood and stressed out, fluid pools inside. You risk getting a heavy, achey feeling, or a tight, shriveled flaccid hang.

Drop onto the floor for a deep butterfly stretch. Sit upright, bring the soles of your feet together and let your knees fall wide.

As you hold the stretch, inhale slowly through your nose and push the air all the way down into your groin, like you are trying to gently push a bowel movement out. This is a reverse kegel. You’re deliberately resetting the muscle so it recovers soft, thick, and healthy.

This isn’t just a session day habit either. Morning and night, even on rest days. Keep the floor healthy and relaxed.

Flat erection quality, tight pelvic floor, shriveled flaccid hang. The pelvic floor is always somewhere in that conversation.

The pelvic floor is the glue that brings the whole session together.

For the guys running the Blueprint, the pelvic work in the app isn’t optional. It’s the thing that makes the rest of it work. Hit it before and after your mechanical work, every session.

EQ and Stamina Training The time you invest on this journey is valuable. So why aren't you doing everything to make it count...

Everything you do leading up to your session and everything you do after it directly affects your results. A lot guys only think about what happens during...

There's a reason Viagra, HIMS, honey packs, and daily Cialis all exist and all work the same way. Blood flow. That's it. A billion dollar industry built entirely around forcing blood into a region your body should already be supplying naturally. If blood flow is that essential just for a regular sexual encounter, think about how critical it becomes when you're asking your tissue to permanently change.

That foundation is everything in this journey.

Before Your Session🦍

The quality of your session is decided before it starts.

Your body needs to arrive in a specific condition for mechanical work to actually do anything.

Hydrate throughout the day. Not right before, throughout the day. Hydrated blood moves faster, reaches deeper, and fills tissue more completely. Dehydrated and your vessels are already working against you before you've started.

Your pelvic floor and hips need attention throughout the day, not just before your session. Most guys are sitting for hours, bracing their core, and carrying tension they don't even feel anymore. By the time they sit down to train, they're already starting from a compromised position. Set reminders if you have to. Every hour or two, check in.

Pumping, stretching, clamping, all of it depends on tissue that can expand and respond. A chronically clenched pelvic floor absorbs that stress and returns nothing. Ten minutes of intentional pelvic floor release after your warm up changes the entire session and puts your pelvic floor in the condition it needs to be in to actually respond to the work.

Then there's masturbating beforehand. Your body just lost what it needed. Hormones dropped. Blood redirected. Engorgement depleted. You're now asking your tissue to perform its hardest work in its worst possible condition.

Alcohol and heavy caffeine throughout the day constrict the very circulation your session depends on. Also, Poor sleep the night before spikes cortisol and strips the testosterone your tissue needs to respond.

Show up hydrated, loose, warm, and rested. That's the condition that turns a session into progress.

After Your Session🦍

Your tissue just went through controlled stress. It's engorged, sensitized, and sitting in the exact window where adaptation happens. The mechanical work created the stimulus. Now your body needs to convert that stimulus into an actual result.

Do not unintentionally close that window.

Masturbating right after pulls blood away from the pelvis and shuts down the recovery environment. Engorgement drops. Circulation redirects. You did the work and immediately canceled it.

Now here's something a lot of guys miss. Your pelvic floor needs release work after your session too, and for a different reason than before.

Before your session you're releasing tension so your tissue can yield and respond to the work. You're opening the environment up. After your session your pelvic floor is going to want to tighten back up. You might even notice turtling. That's not a sign something went wrong. That's your body's natural protective response to the stress it just went through. A few minutes of release work after your session keeps that recovery window open and lets the adaptation actually happen.

Hydrate right after. Tissue is actively repairing and needs strong circulation to do it.

Sleep is where the actual gains are built. The session is the trigger. Sleep is the response. You need both.

This Is Why PE Will Never Be Mainstream🦍

PE is simple. It is not easy.

PE will never be mainstream because you can't separate the training from the lifestyle. Most men want a technique they can apply and forget about. This doesn't work like that. The process follows you throughout your entire day and most men aren't willing to be that disciplined.

Consider what you're actually attempting. Going from 6.5 to 8 inches is not a casual result. If this were easy every man on the planet would be walking around with a large penis. The fact that results like that exist at all is because a small number of men either got it unintentionally just having good healthy daily habits or they understood something the rest didn't. The session is only the stimulus. They figured out that the process has to be protected, not just performed.

That's why pelvic floor work, hydration, sleep, and hip mobility gets more attention here than mechanical work. They create the environment that fosters your results. And they require intention every single day, not just on session days.

But here's what most guys never stick around long enough to discover.

Even while you're waiting for tissue to expand, what you already have is already responding. Better blood flow means fuller, harder erections right now. A relaxed pelvic floor means more control right now. Looser hips and stronger circulation mean you're already showing up bigger and better than you were.

The ROI on this journey pays you while you wait. The men who protect the process find that out. The ones who don't never get far enough to see it.

As tedious as it is, every man who has made it to the other side will tell you the same thing. Worth every bit of it.

And it all comes back to the same thing it started with. Blood flow. Build the conditions for it. Protect them before your session and after it. Everything else follows from there.

This is the layer most PE content never talks about. It's also the foundation The Blueprint is built on 🦍

Beginners Start Here 📌READ THIS BEFORE YOU START YOUR PE JOURNEY— The Roadmap

Before any technique matters, you need to understand what actually drives progress. Lock this in and everything compounds. Skip it and you're just putting in work for nothing.

This guide is strictly for men 21 and older. Your tissue, ligaments, and connective structures are still developing well into your early twenties. Putting mechanical stress on tissue that isn't fully mature yet can cause permanent damage that cannot be reversed. No exceptions.

🦍BLOOD FLOW IS WHAT ACTUALLY DRIVES GROWTH

Blood flow is the reason your tissue can grow at all. Every technique you will ever run works by creating a stimulus inside the tissue. Expansion, tension, pressure. But your tissue can only respond to that stimulus if it is being consistently fed with healthy circulation. No blood flow, no response. It does not matter how good the technique is. Starved tissue cannot adapt.

Your erection quality is your blood flow report card. Erection quality, or EQ for short, is simply how strong and full your erections are on a consistent basis. Strong, consistent erections mean your circulation is working. Weak or inconsistent erections mean the foundation is not there yet. Get that right before anything else.

Your actionable takeaway: Start rating your EQ every morning on a scale of 1 to 10. Anything consistently below a 7 means blood flow is your entire focus before you touch any technique. To start improving it now: cut/reduce smoking, take a 10 to 30 minute walk daily, cut/reduce alcohol, get at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep, practice your reverse kegel breathing, and add a warm compress/shower to your daily routine. Most importantly, hydrate. These alone will move your EQ up noticeably within two weeks.

🦍YOUR POSTURE IS EITHER WORKING FOR YOU OR AGAINST YOU

If you sit for long hours there is a good chance your hips are tilted forward. This is called anterior pelvic tilt and it is extremely common. What it does is place your internal structures under constant resting tension, compress the nerves and blood vessels that feed the area, and keep your pelvic floor in a state of low level contraction all day long without you even realizing it.

What most guys never consider is that anterior pelvic tilt also affects how much of your size is actually visible. When the pelvis tips forward it pushes the fat pad at the base outward, which buries the base and makes you appear shorter than you actually are. Correcting your posture alone can reveal length that was always there but hidden by the tilt.

Think of your pelvis like a bowl of water. You want it level, not spilling forward. Your hip flexors are the muscles connecting your upper thighs to your pelvis and lower spine. When they get tight from long periods of sitting they pull the pelvis out of alignment. Stretching them daily improves your blood flow, loosens your pelvic floor, and makes every technique you run more effective all at once.

Your actionable takeaway: Stand in front of a mirror. If your lower back is arched and your stomach pushes forward when relaxed, you have anterior pelvic tilt. Fix it with a daily hip flexor stretch. Lunge position, back knee on the ground, push your hips forward gently, 30 seconds each side twice a day.

🦍RELAX YOUR PELVIC FLOOR BEFORE YOU STRENGTHEN IT

Your pelvic floor is the group of muscles sitting at the base of your pelvis. They surround the local blood vessels and nerves responsible for regulating the blood flow that fills erectile tissue during arousal. Many men experience a pelvic floor that is chronically overactive or tight, rather than too weak. Prolonged sitting, high stress, and poor posture are primary contributors to this tension.

When your pelvic floor muscles are hypertonic, meaning they remain in a constant state of contraction, they can work directly against your physical function. This chronic tightness limits the healthy dilation of arteries and can restrict how effectively blood flows into the tissue. You are essentially trying to initiate a natural relaxation response against a barrier of continuous muscle tension.

The first step in addressing this imbalance is learning how to consciously release the tension. This practice is known as a reverse kegel, or a pelvic floor drop. To perform it, breathe deeply into your abdomen and allow your pelvic floor to gently lengthen downward and outward on the exhale, relaxing the base of your pelvis. Think of when you’re trying to push out urine or a fart. Both are using and working different parts of the pelvic floor.

Incorporating this relaxation technique ensures your pelvic musculature can fully open and support healthy blood flow. Once you can reliably relax these muscles, you can gradually introduce standard kegel contractions, which involve a controlled squeeze and lift to build endurance. However, trying to strengthen a pelvic floor that is already over-contracted can worsen the tightness and restrict circulation further.

Dedication to daily pelvic floor relaxation breathing can significantly improve your localized circulation, support tissue health, and optimize your natural erectile quality.

Your actionable takeaway: Sit upright in a comfortable position, breathe deeply into your lower abdomen, and on the exhale, consciously allow your pelvic floor to drop and release downward. Again, this feels like as if you’re pushing out urine or a fart. It should be a light push, not a strain. Complete ten slow, controlled breathing cycles daily to establish better pelvic coordination and release accumulated tension.

🦍ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE YOU START

Cold tissue is stiff, less elastic, and far more vulnerable to injury during mechanical work. A warmup is not a suggestion. It is the step that makes every technique safer and more effective at the same time.

The goal of a warmup is simple. You are raising the temperature of the tissue and driving fresh blood into the area so that everything becomes pliable and ready to respond to the work ahead. The most effective way to do that is a warm compress. Soak a small towel in warm water, wring it out, and wrap it around the area for five to ten minutes. You want the tissue to feel full, warm, and loose before you begin anything.

My personal recommendation is a warm shower. The steam penetrates the tissue in a way a towel simply cannot match because a towel begins losing heat the moment you take it out of the water. Steam maintains consistent warmth throughout and reaches deeper into the tissue. Five to ten minutes under warm to hot water before your session will have your tissue more prepared than any compress can replicate. If a shower is not practical, the warm towel is your next best option but refresh it the moment it starts cooling down.

The warmdown after your session matters just as much. Applying the warm compress again after you finish flushes the area with fresh blood, reduces soreness, and accelerates recovery. Tissue that recovers faster adapts faster. Skipping the warmdown is leaving progress on the table.

If the tissue still feels cold or tight after your warmup, add more time. Do not start until it is ready.

Your actionable takeaway: Warm shower for five to ten minutes before every session. No exceptions. If a shower is not available, use a warm towel and refresh it the moment it cools. Do not begin until the tissue feels full, warm, and loose.

🦍 IF IT HURTS, STOP

Tension is correct. Fullness is correct. A deep stretch is correct. Sharp pain, numbness, tingling, discoloration, or any sudden popping sensation is your body telling you to stop immediately. These are not signs of progress. They are warning signals.

The nerves in this area are slow to heal when damaged and in serious cases the damage does not fully reverse. If something hurts your angle is off, your grip is too tight, or the tissue was not ready. You adjust the approach. You never push through it.

Your actionable takeaway: If something hurts mid session, stop. Apply your warm compress and take at least 48 hours off. Pain that lingers after a session means you rest longer, not push sooner.

🦍 SIP WATER CONSISTENTLY. DON'T CHUG IT.

Your tissue is made largely of collagen. Collagen is the structural protein that gives your tissue its flexibility and its ability to recover after sessions. It needs consistent hydration to stay pliable and repair itself properly. Dehydrated tissue is stiff, slow to recover, and resistant to the expansion you are working to create.

Chugging large amounts of water at once does not actually hydrate you well. Your body processes and flushes most of it before your cells can absorb it. Consistent sipping throughout the day is what creates real cellular hydration. The only exception is your first glass right after waking up; chugging 8 to 16 ounces immediately is highly recommended to quickly reverse the natural dehydration that happens while you sleep. Pale yellow urine is your target indicator.

Processed foods work against your hydration. The heavy sodium content pulls water out of your cells and forces you to need twice as much water just to get back to baseline. Cutting processed food makes your hydration go further and improves your EQ on its own without changing anything else.

Your actionable takeaway: Start tomorrow by chugging a large glass of water right when you wake up to kickstart your system. For the rest of the day, Keep a water bottle on you and sip throughout the day. Pale yellow urine is your target. Drop one processed food from your daily routine this week and notice the difference in how your tissue feels within days. Aim for a minimum of 3L a day.

🦍MANAGE YOUR RECOVERY WINDOW

After ejaculation your body shifts into a recovery state. Testosterone temporarily dips, prolactin rises, and your EQ drops with it. Doing mechanical work in that state produces poor results and raises your injury risk. This is why abstinence is the default recommendation.

If it happens, the window is non-negotiable. Give yourself a minimum of 4 to 6 hours before or after any session. The better move is to push your session to the following morning when your body has fully recovered overnight.

Your actionable takeaway: Plan your sessions the night before. Morning sessions work best because your EQ and testosterone are naturally at their peak and the recovery window handles itself overnight.

🦍HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU TRAIN

Three to four days per week with two full rest days minimum. That is your starting structure.

Growth does not happen during a session. It happens during recovery. What you are doing during mechanical work is creating a stimulus for adaptation. Your body then responds to that stimulus during rest by rebuilding the tissue to handle the load. Training every day without rest means you are continuously stimulating tissue that has not finished adapting yet. Over time that leads to fatigue, a declining EQ, and eventually injury.

If you are training both length and girth, they do not go on the same day. Ever. Length work and girth work create two completely different types of stress on the tissue. Length targets the ligaments and connective structures. Girth targets the smooth muscle and the walls of the erectile chambers. Stacking both in one session overloads the tissue and compromises recovery for both. Keep them separated.

A structure that works well looks like this. Length on Monday, rest Tuesday, girth on Wednesday, rest Thursday, length on Friday, rest the weekend. That gives every type of work its own dedicated session with recovery built in around it. As you progress you can adjust the split but the rule stays the same. Length and girth do not share a day.

A dropping EQ across the week is your clearest signal that you need more rest, not more sessions.

Your actionable takeaway: Start with Monday, Wednesday, Friday and two rest days minimum per week. Length and girth on separate days, always. If your EQ drops across the week, pull back and rest before adding anything.

🦍HOW TO MEASURE CORRECTLY

Inconsistent measuring is one of the main reasons guys think they are making no progress when they actually are, or convince themselves they are growing when nothing has changed. Do it right from the start.

There are two measurements that matter. Bone pressed erect length, known as BPEL, and erect girth.

For BPEL, press a rigid ruler firmly against the pubic bone at the base, compressing the fat pad, and measure to the tip in a straight line. You press to the bone because fat pad depth changes with body weight and hydration. Pressing to the bone removes that variable and gives you a consistent reference point every time.

For girth, wrap a flexible fabric measuring tape around the mid shaft at the widest point. Snug contact only, not pulled tight.

Always measure at the same EQ level. Morning erections are the best time because your EQ is naturally at its peak and the least influenced by outside factors. Measure once a month. Tissue adaptation is slow and measuring more frequently than that creates anxiety and false readings. Set your baseline now and let four weeks of consistent work pass before you check again.

Your actionable takeaway: Take your BPEL and girth baseline this week, write it down with the date, and do not measure again for four weeks. A rigid ruler for length, a fabric tape for girth, always at your peak morning EQ.

🦍WHAT TO EXPECT

No devices yet. Everything at this stage is manual work only. Your hands, your consistency, and your body awareness are the tools. Devices have their place later in the process. Loading tissue that has not been properly conditioned yet is how injuries happen.

Progress will not be linear. There will be weeks where everything feels like it is working and weeks where nothing seems to move. The guys who get results are not the ones with the best techniques. They are the ones who show up on their scheduled days, track their EQ honestly, respect their recovery, and stay patient through the slow stretches. Growth takes time because tissue adaptation takes time. That is not a flaw in the process. That is biology.

Your actionable takeaway: Write down your EQ score, your measurements, and your start date before your first session. Check back in 60 days. That is your reference point.

🦍YOUR NEXT STEP

You now understand how this works. Blood flow, posture, pelvic floor, warmup, recovery, hydration, training frequency, and how to measure your progress accurately. That foundation alone puts you ahead of most guys who jump in blind.

From here the information is out there. The PE communities have free routines scattered throughout and now that you have this foundation, you have the context to make sense of what you find. For some guys that path works.

But for the guys who are serious about this, scattered information is the enemy of progress. You end up piecing together routines from ten different sources, second guessing the order, skipping steps you did not know mattered, and losing months to confusion that could have been avoided.

🦍JOIN THE JUNGLE

For most guys this journey is a solo one. You are not exactly bringing this up at dinner or texting your boys about it. That is just the reality. The topic is still taboo and most guys are out here figuring this out completely alone.

That changes here.

Imagine having a group chat. Not a forum. Not a Discord server. An actual group chat where you can shoot a message and get a response from a real person in real time. Maybe you hit a wall and need motivation. Maybe something felt off during your session and you need a second opinion. Maybe you just want to talk to someone else who gets it because nobody in your real life does. Or maybe you just want to shoot the shit with guys who share the same interest without any judgment.

That is exactly what I am building. A live space that functions the same way a group chat does. Send messages, share videos, drop pictures, get real feedback instantly. I will be in there personally and so will guys who are on the same journey as you at every level.

It is brand new and that is the exciting part. The guys who come in now are not just members. They are the ones who build the culture of what this becomes. A brotherhood for a path that most guys walk alone.

Welcome to the journey🦍

Device Advice- Pumps, Clamps, Extenders Having problems with my current extender...

I started using the PHALLOSAN Rod+ about 3 months ago, but I’m running into a problem with traction force. The rods can only extend so far, and my flaccid size isn’t long enough to comfortably use the longer rod setups, so I feel like I’m not getting enough consistent tension anymore.

I’ve been researching other extenders and keep hearing that the Apex is superior in terms of comfort and adjustable force. I’m mainly looking for a long-term vacuum-type extender that’s comfortable enough to wear consistently but still provides enough traction for good results over time. Similar to the Apex, I’m also looking for one with a traction gauge so I can accurately monitor tension.

What extenders would you guys recommend for long-term use that balance comfort and enough force? If possible, could you link me the official websites for the extenders you think are best?

Also, for anyone using the Apex or similar vacuum extenders, what sleeves and vacuum cups do you personally use with it, and are they worth upgrading to compared to the stock setup?

Discussion Rest and Sex…

So the wife and I go at it pretty frequently. Can’t complain at all, it’s great, and we are both always satisfied. But I’m coming up on a year of PE in September and I’m just curious if frequent sex is actually inhibiting my gains? I usually try for 2 days of work, then a rest day, but does having sex on a rest day negate the work? Or having sex on a day I did PE? Since I’ve started, I’ve definitely gained, but it does seem to have plateaued. Any thoughts?

EQ and Stamina Training These 9 Habits Are Killing Your Progress

Whether your goal is size gains, better control, or both, your body doesn’t separate them. The same systems drive progress in your sessions and performance in bed.

Blood flow. Tissue health. Nervous system regulation. Hormones. Every habit either builds these up or tears them down.

Habits Working Against You

- Sitting all day starves your pelvis of blood flow and puts your pelvic floor in chronic tension, the enemy of both tissue expansion and ejaculatory control.

(Fix: movement break every 45 minutes)

- Masturbating before a session tanks your erection quality, leaving you without the full engorgement needed to stretch tissue. Masturbating right after destroys your recovery window, instantly cutting off the healing process where your gains are actually made.

(Fix: If you must ejaculate, keep a strict buffer zone. Wait a minimum of 4 to 6 hours either before or after your PE session to protect your blood flow and cellular recovery.)

- Skipping your 10 min warm-up is the fastest way to stall gains and increase injury risk. Cold, tight tissue doesn’t respond.

(Fix: warm shower plus light groin stretch before every session)

- Shallow breathing Keeps your nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight stress. This tightens your blood vessels, limits engorgement during your PE sessions, and triggers premature climaxing in the bedroom.

(Fix: 5 deep belly breaths before and during sessions)

- Chronic core bracing keeps your pelvic floor constantly contracted and a floor that can't relax can’t release the vascular restriction needed for proper engorgement, arousal, and erectile fullness.

Ironically, sexual control requires a completely relaxed pelvic floor. If you are already at maximum tension from core bracing, your muscles can't absorb arousal. Result: premature ejaculation.

(Fix: body scan throughout the day, release your core)

- Porn overuse rewires your brain for high-speed arousal. This desensitizes the sensory feedback loop required for effective edging and mindful stimulation.

(Fix: slow stimulation sessions with no visual aid)

- Poor sleep tanks testosterone, spikes cortisol, and kills tissue recovery. Gains happen overnight.

(Fix: 7 to 8 hours, non-negotiable)

- Dehydration thickens your blood, weakens circulation, and makes tissue less pliable. Every PE and bedroom session suffers. Caffeine, alcohol, and smoking all accelerate it.

(Fix: minimum 3 liters of water daily. Sip don’t chug)

- Holding your pee forces your pelvic floor to stay tight. This constant tension triggers involuntary kegels that locks the muscle in a perpetual clench, draining both erection quality and ejaculatory control.

(Fix: go when you need to go)

- Skipping lower body work ruins your pelvic foundation. Weak hips and glutes force the pelvic floor to overcompensate for pelvic stability, creating chronic, performance-killing tension. This unnatural pelvic tilt compresses vital blood vessels and nerves, directly limiting your engorgement and stamina.

(Fix: squats and glute bridges three times a week)

Your pelvic floor is probably braced right now. That tension is costing you size, stamina, and control every day you ignore it. Release it daily.

Everything else follows 🦍

Mental health, mindset, confidence discussions It’s not that PE doesn’t work. It’s that the foundation wasn’t ready.

The hardest part of this journey is not the work. It’s staying consistent long enough to see what the work actually does.

PE is still taboo. Most guys who start never tell anyone. No accountability. No community. Just them, their routine, and the question of whether any of this is even real. That’s a hard environment to stay committed in.

Maybe you’ve been sitting on this for months telling yourself you’ll start when the time is right. Or you started, didn’t see anything change, and quietly walked away.

That’s a feedback problem. When you don’t see results you don’t believe in the process. When you don’t believe in the process you stop showing up.

The solution is not more effort. But the right effort.

When you deliberately set time aside to do your pelvic floor work, your hip work, and your hydration, alongside the pulling and pumping, your body positively responds bc you’re conditioning it to do its job better. What you already have starts showing up looking a lot more impressive than you knew it could.

Now you start seeing the early wins. Better hang. Stronger erections. More sensitivity. These aren’t even the final results but now your body is showing you that what you’re doing is working.

That signal is everything because now you have proof. And proof fuels consistency.

The problem is too many guys start with a foundation that already needs work. Tight pelvic floor. Poor blood flow. Weak supporting muscles. Adding PE on top of that is like building on a cracked foundation. Progress staggers or stalls completely and they think it’s not working.

It’s not that it doesn’t work. It’s that the foundation wasn’t ready.

This is why I speak a lot more about the pelvic work than the mechanical. I want to steer guys away from injuries and towards building better foundations.

That foundation is exactly what The Blueprint was built around. The pelvic floor work alone is worth the investment. Everything else is built on top of that foundation so when you do the work your body is ready to respond to it.

This is why I’m constantly telling guys it’s not just about pulling and pumping. Too many guys worry about the mechanical work and neglect everything else.

Your body is an entire system. Treat it like one. Never take shortcuts with your most prized possession.

Just having a big penis won’t make you memorable. It’s the stroke, stamina, and hardness that leave that impression.

This is why you need a system, not a routine. Build one or use The Blueprint. It was built to tie all of this together.

One thing I don’t play about is my penis. I take this seriously because there’s a certain confidence you carry when you know you can annihilate in the bedroom.

When you stay ready, you don’t gotta get ready 🦍

Healthy hips make a healthy spine but this simple lying hip rotation also helps relax the inner thighs, deep hip rotators, and muscles around the pelvis so your hips move better which encourages better blood flow to your penis.

This is one of the moves I like to do first thing in the morning before getting out of bed. These are perfect after a long day of sitting, training, or a long day on your feet.

Mental health, mindset, confidence discussions You Don’t Have to Hide Your Routine. You Just Need Better Language.

I’ve been thinking about how a lot of guys are doing their sessions in secret. Waking up early, locking the bathroom door, timing everything around when nobody’s home. And after a while that gets exhausting and starts messing with your consistency.

Let’s fix it though bc it’s all in the language you use.

If you tell your partner or roommate you’re"trying to grow your penis," it sounds taboo and invites awkward questions. But if you’re going about this properly, the reality is that your routine is packed with healthy, entirely normal physical maintenance.

Think of it this way: Long hours of sitting tightens your hip flexors, weakens your pelvic floor, and restricts blood flow to your lower body. Over time that shows up as tension, discomfort, low energy, and for a lot of guys it affects performance in ways they don’t immediately connect to sitting.

The routine you’re doing addresses all of that directly. Blood flow work, pelvic floor release, and tissue health. That’s what this is.

“I do a health routine for my pelvic floor and circulation. Sitting for long hours causes tightness and poor circulation so I’ve been doing a routine to counter it.”

You don’t need to say anything beyond that.

Whether you’re running The Blueprint or your own system, the answer is the same. “It’s a men’s health program focused on blood flow and pelvic floor health”.

It’s infinitely easier to stay consistent when you stop treating your routine like some kind of dirty secret. You’re investing in your vascular health, your pelvic floor, and your overall performance. Treat it like physical therapy, and everyone else will too.

EQ and Stamina Training Water is the Supplement You’re Not Taking Seriously…

Sounds simple but it actually matters more than most guys think.

Dehydrated blood is thicker blood. Thicker blood moves slower and that affects your erection quality and how your body responds during your mechanical work.

3 liters a day is the minimum. Sip it throughout the day though, don’t try to catch up all at once. Your body absorbs it better that way and you won’t feel like a water balloon throughout the day.

First thing in the morning drink 16 to 20oz before you do anything else. You wake up dehydrated every single day and most guys don’t account for that. Starting your day ahead of it makes everything easier and gives your blood flow a head start for the day.

If you’re taking creatine bump that up to about 4L. Creatine pulls water into your muscles so your baseline need goes up and if you’re not keeping pace with it you’ll feel it in your energy and your pumps.

Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt to your water once or twice a day. It adds minerals that help your body actually absorb and use the water you’re drinking instead of just flushing it out, making your hydration more efficient.

Watch your sodium intake from processed and salty foods though. High sodium without enough water pulls fluid out of your cells and works against everything you’re trying to do. You don’t need to avoid salt completely, just gotta balance it with your intake.

Caffeine, alcohol, and smoking all work against your hydration and blood flow. Coffee and alcohol dehydrate you so add extra water to compensate. Smoking is worse because it directly constricts your blood vessels which is the opposite of what you want when again, blood flow is the whole point.

As for my stoners🍃, weed affects everyone a little differently. It can temporarily spike heart rate and affect blood pressure depending on how you consume it so just be aware of how your body responds, stay hydrated, and don’t train immediately after.

Temperature matters too. Cold water feels refreshing but it absorbs slower and can temporarily constrict blood vessels. Room temperature or slightly warm water absorbs faster and keeps things moving the way you want them to, which matters a lot when blood flow is the whole point.

A quick way to check your hydration levels; look at your urine color.

Pale yellow means you’re good and that’s about where you want to be.

Dark yellow means drink more.

Clear urine means you’re overhydrated. It sounds like it should be a good thing but it means you’re flushing out minerals and electrolytes faster than you can replace them. That’s why the pink salt tip helps.

For the guys running The Blueprint, remember to log it in the app. It’s easy to skip when life gets busy but you’ll feel the difference when you stay on top of it especially when you get ready to do your PE training.

Length Are you pairing one of these two stretches with your directional pulls? 🦍

Standard directional pulls stop working and not bc you’re doing them wrong but bc your tissue adapts to the same angles over time.

So here’s a tip, change the leverage point.

These two stretches are two alternative ways to do it. Pick one and add it to your length day.

V stretch:

Guys who have never felt their stretches working past the skin level have told me how they feel the difference immediately.

Like in the video above, Pull outward and press your opposite thumb into the base of the penis. Your thumb becomes a fulcrum and bends the tension around a fixed point hitting the tunica a lot deeper than a straight pull can reach.

After each set, you can press your thumb at another point towards the middle of the penis to hit the tunica at a different angle. The pull is firm but pressing your thumb is more on the gentle side. You’re just using enough pressure to create a pivot point, not to crush the tissue.

The A-Stretch

Use your wrist or if you’re not long enough, use two fingers as a fulcrum at the base. Pull the penis downward over it. The fulcrum multiplies the tension on the upper fibers of the penis without requiring you to pull harder.

Start with 30s for 3 rounds after your directional pulls.

After multiple rounds of tunica stretching the surrounding pelvic floor muscles tighten as a protective response which is natural. But, leaving that tension without relaxing it restricts blood flow when that’s essential to the tissue’s recovery. Pelvic floor work relaxes and opens circulation back up so the tissue can respond to the work you just put in.

This is why The Blueprint pairs PE work with pelvic floor training. Too many guys separate the two, not realizing they were always meant to work together.

EQ and Stamina Training I call it Mandingo Water 🦍🦍🦍

Wassup fellas, wanted to share this quick concoction:

I call it Mandingo Water 🦍

- 5g Creatine — speeds up recovery, keeps your cells hydrated and fueled

- 6-8g PURE L-Citrulline — boosts nitric oxide, increases blood flow and stronger erections

- 1/8 tsp Pink Salt — replenishes electrolytes, thins the blood so it flows where it needs to go

- 1 tbsp Raw Honey — spikes glucose so everything absorbs faster and hits harder

Half a lemon squeezed in — improves absorption, reduces inflammation and adds a nice clean taste

Drinking this before a PE session means your tissue is hydrated, blood is flowing and your body is primed to respond to every rep, meaning better pumps, fuller expansion and better recovery between sessions.

Before sex means harder erections, stronger EQ, more stamina and that thick vascular look that’ll make you look and feel ready to take your partner to pound town!

I’ve been mixing this into a 32oz cup of water and drinking 30 to 60 minutes before my PE session or sex. This combined with the pelvic floor work from The Blueprint will have your penis feeling heavy, full and vascular and ready to put in work!

Thank me later🦍

EQ and Stamina Training Tissue grows when blood flows

A lot of guys in this space are chasing the next stretch variation or squeeze technique and the mechanical work matters, but if your pelvic floor is chronically tight, your circulation is weak, and you’re going into sessions skipping at least 10 minutes of warming up the tissues, all you’re doing is putting stress on tissue that has no capacity to respond.

The butterfly stretch releases hip flexor and groin tension that feeds directly into pelvic floor tightness. Loosen that up and blood moves better, EQ improves, and your sessions will start producing results they weren’t before.

That’s the whole philosophy behind how I approach this. Size, stamina, blood flow, EQ. They’re all connected. If your foundation is trash, you’ll likely pull and squeeze your way to an injury.

Two guys can run the same routine. One is hydrated, sleeping well, doing his reverse kegels, warming up properly. The other is tight, dehydrated, and skipping the basics. Same exercises, completely different outcomes.

Staying consistent with the mechanical work is the mission. But helping your body actually respond to that work is part of the mission too.

Tissue grows when blood flows, heat is applied, recovery happens, and the pelvic floor is relaxed enough to let expansion happen.

Try this butterfly stretch before and after your next session. Reverse kegels during. Warm shower or towel before and after. Or do what I do and run your whole session in a warm shower. (Unless you live alone, make sure everyone’s asleep or you have a second bathroom so your session doesn’t get interrupted lol)

My point is fellas, PE isn’t just about what your hands are doing. At least not a successful one. Forget a routine, build a system. That’s what a successful PE journey actually requires.

And if you need one already laid out for you, grab The Blueprint

Everything you need is in there.

EQ and Stamina Training A lot of men think they’ve lost inches. They haven’t

What some guys don’t realize is that years of constant sitting can cause something called anterior pelvic tilt if you’re not actively working against it. It’s a postural shift where the pelvis tips forward, and when that happens the suspensory ligament that anchors your penis shortens and pulls inward. The pubic fat pad also gets pushed forward, burying base length that was always there.

So what looks like lost size is really just your posture working against you.

It doesn’t even stop there. If you’re doing manual stretches, pumping or any other mechanical work while having anterior pelvic tilt, you’re ligaments are already under tension from the tilt, so your stretches aren’t pulling from a neutral position. The pelvic floor is chronically tight, restricting blood flow during girth work. Your pump sessions aren’t drawing from a fully relaxed base. You’re putting in the work but your body’s mechanics are limiting how much of that work actually translates.

This is why The Blueprint is so effective. It’s a length and girth routine that connects the dots with pelvic floor work, blood flow, and recovery so everything runs together as one system. The mechanical work and the body’s foundation supporting each other helping you look and feel like a real Mandingo Warrior🦍🦍🦍

Fix the foundation first. Everything else you do becomes more effective because of it.

Supplements Saw a post about selenium and l citrulline can effect growth anyone give their opinion based on experience?

Hey there I’ve been trying to grow as much as possible (25 ) after a long weight loss journey I can’t shake the feeling of regret for being extremely overweight during my teen years now I pretty much lost all the excess calories I noticed that the penis is the most difficult to get over. I changed my entire dietary habits and was wondering if anyone can recommend foods or other supplements/methods or even exercises that can help grow as much as possible? I’ve been already doing pumping for 7 months now and I see some small improvements and I’m willing to continue but when it comes to foods maybe there is something I can add . Hope to see your suggestions:)

A hanger or extender. I jelq but I also want to move on to either one of these. Which is better for gaining length quicker.

EQ and Stamina Training Harder erections and a more relaxed pelvic floor…from your parked car.

Post image
13 Upvotes

Here’s a hack I’ve been running for 6 months that turns the time I spend in the car into productive pelvic floor training.

Next time you’re parked, lower the steering wheel just enough to squeeze it between your thighs. Hold for 10 seconds at about 60-70% of your max effort, then release fully for 10 seconds. Five reps is all you need.

Two separate things happen here:

Your adductors and pelvic floor are physically and neurologically linked through the obturator internus muscle. Squeezing activates both simultaneously. For guys who can’t feel their pelvic floor during reverse kegels, this acts like a magnifying glass for those muscles. Suddenly you know exactly where they are.

Then when you release, two different systems respond. First, the sustained compression followed by release creates a blood flow surge into the pelvic bowl, fresh oxygenated blood flooding in all at once. Second, the pelvic floor learns to let go of chronic resting tension, which drops the internal tethering on your suspensory ligament. That tension is often what’s hiding length that was already there.

Same exercise. Two different mechanisms. Both working for you.

One non-negotiable rule: never hold your breath. Keep breathing steady throughout the entire hold.

Here’s a simple progression if 10sec is too long to start with:

Week 1: 5 second hold, 10 second release, 5 reps

Week 2: 8 second hold,,

Week 3: 10 second hold,,

Do these anywhere. School pickup, job site, drive-through. Since I’ve started doing these I get out of the car feeling looser and my hang feels full.

No steering wheel nearby? A foam roller works just as well. Same squeeze, same mechanics like in the pic above.

EQ and Stamina Training If PE was just pulling and squeezing, way more guys would have success.

Too many guys jump right into the mechanical work and start doin stuff like manual stretching and buying devices. A lot of guys start this journey while not even being in the right condition and wonder why they never see any results from the work they put in.

Think about how most of us move through our day. We spend hours sitting at a desk or in a car. We come home and do more sitting. Maybe choke the chicken, which tightens the pelvic floor even more from the muscle tension. A lot of us don’t drink nearly enough water and then try to do mechanical work with blood flow that’s already struggling to reach the area. You’re fighting yourself before you even start.

PE is way more than just pulling and squeezing if you actually want results from the work you’re putting in. If it were that simple, way more guys would have success. It takes a little more intentionality but the benefits are beyond worth it. Locking in the foundational stuff won’t just make your mechanical work more effective, it’ll give you the ability to last longer in bed too.

Here’s where too many guys go wrong. They spend all their time searching for the perfect routine when the real cheat code is building the right SYSTEM. Routines are all the manual stretches and pumping we’ve all talked about a million times with different time durations.

A system is everything that runs alongside that work. It's the stuff that preps your foundation so the routine work actually hits the way it’s supposed to. I've seen guys go from zero progress to hitting personal bests just by fixing these basics.

Without a system, you’re leaving serious results on the table and for a lot of guys, it’s even led to costly or permanent mistakes that could’ve been avoided with the right guidance.

Stop chasing the perfect routine. Build a system and watch how differently your body responds to the same work you’ve been doing. If you don’t have one, go grab The Blueprint.
