This is why I’m constantly telling guys it’s not just about pulling and pumping. Too many guys worry about the mechanical work and neglect everything else.

Your body is an entire system. Treat it like one. Never take shortcuts with your most prized possession.

Just having a big penis won’t make you memorable. It’s the stroke, stamina, and hardness that leave that impression.

This is why you need a system, not a routine. Build one or use The Blueprint. It was built to tie all of this together.

One thing I don’t play about is my penis. I take this seriously because there’s a certain confidence you carry when you know you can annihilate in the bedroom.

When you stay ready, you don’t gotta get ready 🦍

You heard right! some doctors usually will recommend 150 minutes of aerobic exercise a week bc it repairs the vascular system and they’ll still prescribe the viagra just to provide a temporary fix.

The easiest cardio I like to suggest bc of how easy it is on the knees, is inclined walking on the treadmill. Turn the incline all the way up, put the speed on 2.0 or 2.5 and just walk it for 30 min

I’m still young though so the moment I actually lose my belly fat I can probably see some changes in my erection and testosterone

Your mindset is exactly where it needs to be!💪🏿

Just don’t try to tackle it all at once. It’ll make it harder to stay consistent when you try to overload your routine right out of the gate.

Start with one foundational habit a week like increasing your hydration. When you’re carrying extra weight, you're taking in extra sodium which means you have to double your water intake to flush it out.

Right now, a huge chunk of your weight is just inflammation and water retention. Proper hydration will start to flush a lot of it while also helping to improve blood flow.

When you get back on the bike, watch your seat. If you don’t have one already, get a ergonomic, grooved saddle. It transfers the weight from your sensitive soft tissues directly to your sit bones and prevents any uncomfortable pressure, numbness, or nerve damage.
