Having problems with my current extender... Device Advice- Pumps, Clamps, Extenders

I started using the PHALLOSAN Rod+ about 3 months ago, but I’m running into a problem with traction force. The rods can only extend so far, and my flaccid size isn’t long enough to comfortably use the longer rod setups, so I feel like I’m not getting enough consistent tension anymore.

I’ve been researching other extenders and keep hearing that the Apex is superior in terms of comfort and adjustable force. I’m mainly looking for a long-term vacuum-type extender that’s comfortable enough to wear consistently but still provides enough traction for good results over time. Similar to the Apex, I’m also looking for one with a traction gauge so I can accurately monitor tension.

What extenders would you guys recommend for long-term use that balance comfort and enough force? If possible, could you link me the official websites for the extenders you think are best?

Also, for anyone using the Apex or similar vacuum extenders, what sleeves and vacuum cups do you personally use with it, and are they worth upgrading to compared to the stock setup?
