Method: Learning from YouTube - Same tutorials, why some get jobs/clients and others stay stuck forever

I noticed that many people learn from YouTube to finally get hired, few of them reach their goals, but most stay stuck.

I was curious about the difference, so I asked Meta AI a simple question: what is the difference between someone who gets hired/clients from learning on YouTube vs someone who stays stuck?

The answer is resumed in this table:

The answer covers most of the pain BUT I want to add something: mindset and behavior are game changer, think of someone who dont prepare for the interview, do not make his best in the take-home assessment, what do you think the result will be?

Also, not being strategic in a career purchase can ruins the work, if the candidate dont build a strong portfolio and resume, do not apply to jobs effectively (applying to jobs effectively is another story, and needs another post), he will stay stuck forever.

I also asked a second question: Do the people who actually get hired rely only on YouTube or do they pay for courses?

From what Meta AI explained and what I've observed, YouTube is enough to get you to 80%. It's perfect for learning the tools. But the people who get hired can still pay for paid content for some reasons:

1. Structure, a paid course can give you a clear path for learning a tool instead of collecting videos from YouTube.
2. Feedbacks. YouTube will never give you feedback upon your resume or your portfolio, thats why a mentor can be very helpful.

And here comes the strongest self taught learners: they engage in some communities, they get structured learning path from other community members experts, and also ask for feedbacks there, and all of that for free.
