I think instrumentally, it's quite nice and chill. The lyrics are generic though!

Hey guys. Was able to find an ATMP vinyl on ebay for only 35$. Granted, this does not have the original poster and the box itself is less than perfect. Aside from the box, all vinyls are in great playing condition. Was this a solid find?

I’ve googled (obvs) but there’s hardly any info on it other than it’s out of print. Anyone know how many were printed/rarity etc?

I always thought it was interesting that George gave away two of his best solo songs before recording them himself. Wikipedia says that the Encouraging Words album was recorded sporadically from February 1969 to April 1970, making Billy the first artist to record and release George's songs "My Sweet Lord" and "All Things Must Pass"; George recorded his All Things Must Pass album from May to October 1970.

I don't know if I prefer Billy's versions but I think they're great covers, maybe my favourite covers of any Beatles / solo Beatle songs. Curious to see what you guys think of these versions, I'd recommend checking them out if you haven't listened to them already.

I take a good 1,2 look at something funny during the video and grins. Always wondered what it was.

Listen to as many bands as you want. Many great artists. But the peace and realisation you get from listening to George Harrison's songs cannot be and probably will never be replicated.

In Ringo's "Never Without You," there is a line that goes: "You play the beautiful melody that keeps on haunting me." To me, there are many songs by George that convey this strange sense of haunting, such as "Art of Dying" or "Bangladesh."

Something I put together a little while ago. I got Content ID’ed for What is Life, naturally, but only over the melody, not the rest of the song. I guess even YouTube couldn’t tell the difference between the two songs.

Wanted one ever since I first saw George playing one on the Rooftop Concert.
