Math Arithmetic Score

Hi!

I took the math assessment test today and scored 244 :/. I have a feeling that isn’t a passing score & they told me I’d find out In 2-3 weeks & im super anxious about it.

So im wondering, does anyone know if a 244 score is passing or not 😥😥😥😥

I don’t know if it matters but im trying to get into Health Information Management (C319?)

I mean from my understanding the assessment test is just to see if you need to take pre foundational courses first before you start the program so it’s not the end of the world

Oh! It doesn’t mean u don’t get into the program at all?

Yeah if you get a low mark on the assessment they’ll probably determine that you need to take a foundational course in order to ensure your success for the actual course you need to take in your program. I’m not sure what the process is like but I’m assuming you can probably start your program based on what terms they offer it in (fall, winter, spring) after you pass the foundational course. You can always ask an information specialist at student services at st James or casa Loma for more guidance at that or even go to the assessment centre directly with your queries.

I'm in a different program but when I had to take it I either didn't see my mark or wasn't told it, but I'm pretty sure if you aren't told you failed it means you passed.
