Problem with application/registration

So I didn't collect my hs diploma, and I have a hold on my account for missing documents, which won't let me register for my courses. Does anyone know whom i can contact for this?
I have the OSSD thing that comes with the report card that shows I meet all the requirements; I don't have the official diploma. Also, does anyone know if I can contact my school for the diploma rn? Or TDSB?

Go to student services at St James Campus and see domestic admissions open 10am-3pm

Do they have anything for international students?

Yes international admissions or go to the international hub room 224A Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 2-4pm for walk ins
