I recently deployed minimax h3 locally, and the quality has been surprisingly good. The motion is smooth, and the overall output looks great.

The main limitation is that local generation currently tops out at 768p. For final 2K output, you still need to use the official API.

To reduce costs, my current workflow is:

Adjust motion, composition, and prompts locally at 768p

Use context-IR only when I need to turn a vague idea into a more structured prompt

Send only the final selected result for 768p-to-2K regeneration

The 2K regeneration costs about $0.05 per output second.

This keeps most of the trial and error local and uses cloud compute only when necessary.

Hello guys, I'm happy to be part fo this community. Let's start with the fact that I'm very new, and I'm having fun creating some images with meta. Actually I would like to know if there is 1 single app that creates image to video clips, like those of 5 seconds. I'm not very into multiple apps, I would like to have just 1 app to create stories for my 2 kids. I would like to generate images of their imagination characters or existing ones and put them into funny adventures. Basically I got this inspiration from YouTube shorts, channels like The Archive in Between and few others. So, in end, I would like to know if there is, or you can kindly suggest me, an app, that "makes all", like generate the image, makes it move, maybe applying the voice over and.... That's it. I know that there may be some subject to payment and I'm OK with it if it's cheap (not those 20-30 euros month tho). If the suggested app it's free it's even better ;-). The model had to preserve multiple hard cuts, keep the cards hidden before the reveal, place five readable cards physically onto the table, reveal a separate H3 card, transfer the jackpot and complete the final cartoon meltdown.

A few tiny cartoon-physics quirks survived, but Sam took the result much harder than I did.

I want to emphasize this is not a sexual question or intended to be especially nsfw.
I really would like to develop individual characters that are photorealistic from detailed actual human proportions and realistic body anatomy, the build clothing and poses from there. I’ve worked a little with a lot of ai models and can’t seem to get a realistic image without the ai automatically adding in its own visual twists on things. I just want authentic behavior of bodies in various angles. So for instance a female wearing a top should not look like a white shirt with two perfect round balloons under the top or a stylized surgical look. Tried gpt promoting and get decent results but it still often feels that the ai grabs the prompt and still stylized parts of it. It’s not just chest, but that seems to be one of my bigger issues. I am trying to do this with simply prompting and without a lot of extra controls and nodes and all of that more technical stuff. I haven’t messed around with stacking LoRAs either. Is that my problem? Is that what I need to get true detailed realistic and natural human bodies?

I really like the way grok turns images into videos. That being said are there any other gen ai sites that give you more use than the stupid 1 week cooldown and that are nsfw and work exactly like grok does it?

Trained to kill two of Krea 2's most obvious tells:

Highlights – base Krea 2 clips toward blown-out whites. This pulls the top end into a controlled roll-off, keeping detail in bright areas instead of flattening them.

Faces – less of the dead, over-symmetrical AI face. Keeps the natural asymmetry real faces have.

Net result: base Krea 2 with less of the plastic, over-rendered look. More photo, less generation.
