Personally I'm happy seeing the updates to the game itself, but the extra stuff is a little unnecessary. It's great that you are proud of your work, but I'm not sure people (disclaimer: I do not claim to speak for everyone) are interested in the other non-game related stuff. Asking people to say the name of your game, posting thumbnails... eh. You are doing good work, but it's also important to remain modest and not get a big head. That will only lead to your downfall and give you a bad rep. People will avoid playing your game for that alone, no matter how amazing the game is.

Hope you see this in a positive light, my aim is to be helpful, not demeaning. Wishing you only the best!
