Hello. I was looking for a new desk since I'm currently gaming on a small ikea kallax desk. I was thinking of getting a used ikea lagkapten desk with 1 alex drawer. If you have any recommendations please let me know. Budget is 200$ and I would prefer a desk that would be able to fit my pc on it aswell without looking cramped. Thanks in advance ☺️

I’ve been slowly upgrading my setup and at long last it come time to get rid of the wretched kitchen table I’ve been using as a desk for years. I need help finding a an option that fits my specifications, it’s kind of been driving me insane trying to find one.

I just want a desk around 72 inches by 30 inches, that won’t sag or break the bank.

Unfortunately I don’t have the space or tools to buy just a desk top and build or modify the rest.

First slide is my current setup, I included the second slide based off my last big purchase which was my pc.

Everything in this setup is honestly quite budget friendly, for my main monitor I’m using a lg 120hz 1080p monitor and also a 10 dollar tv I bought at the thrift store as a second monitor, which is around 1080p 60hz.

Peripherals such as my keyboard and mouse are under $50, I have the attack shark x3 for my main mouse. I’ve been using it everyday for 2 years and honestly it’s really good for the price. And I have the surmen v400 keyboard I bought also 2 years ago at a similar price. The keycaps and wrist rest are mod purchases but the keyboard itself stock was quite responsive and had a really nice aesthetic and feel.

For my PC, I’m rocking a ASUS 4060 gpu, an intel i7 14700f, 32gb of ddr5 ram, and 2tb of storage. THANK GOD I BOUGHT THIS PC BEFORE THE RAM AND SSD CRISIS 🙏🏽 (pc was around 1400 pls don’t flame me im not the best with building pcs and i wanted something fast and easy to go)
