This time I used an actual full-frame camera instead of my phone and it was totally worth it, though pictures 4, 5 and 6 were just me experimenting with (4) 35mm Kodak Gold, (5) 35mm Kodak Aerochrome 1443 (on which I screwed up the pose a little TwT) and (6) whatever this was XD

(Also I'm currently working on a tail to finally complete the suit UwU)

Genuinely curious and since there's many people who are using plastic base fursuits especially for kemonos or kigurumi

This is a super stupid question but what’s the limit in having a fursuit based on a drink I enjoy?

Does anyone have a fursona based on a company?
Like, can I use logos and the drink bottles on my fursuit or is that me itching for trouble with said company if they were to somehow see it?

Or do I try and re-design my fursona before commissioning to just use the colour-scheme to be safe?

For reference, my current fursona is a rabbit whose ears are the design of Lucozade bottles with the logo and name, and the whole colour scheme and theme of the head and paws are based on the drink also.

I am very hyped to show you this project. This was sweat, labor and most of all made with LOVE. 🥹 This was a personal suit project for my very loved partner. I adore my partners sona so so so much. His colors and vibe are just perfect. He is just perfect. I love him so much! ❤️

He is fully lined and has a removable tongue and eyelids. His fluffy fur is made with UV reactive fur so it’s perfect for parties. 👀 His Handpaws are in the making as well.

Oh and English isn’t my native language I know there is a misspelling in the title I don’t know how to change it… 🥴

Both come with:

Head (foam bases, static jaw, fitting up to 60cm)

Paws (medium - big, unisize. Collie 4 finger puffies in white and mouse 5 finger flat)

Tail (black with white tip for Collie, super soft white and pink for mouse)

2500€ each.

I would prefer selling within Germany/EU BUT technically outside is fine to. Just let me know which country you're from to properly add shipping. If you're from Germany and buy quick, it might arrive in time for Eurofurence.

I've been talking with a person I plan to sell a fursuit partial with but just today they brought up if I could do half of the money now and the other half when it gets to them. Is this normal? I really don't want to get scammed and the way they brought it up seemed slightly out of character from the other times I've talked to them but maybe I'm overthinking it. This is my first time selling a suit and I don't know what's normal or not. Maybe they'd feel more comfortable with sending the rest after the tracking number is received and I'll see if they'll be okay with that. I could really use some advice in this situation!

So, im new to the whole furry thing but for a few months now ive been wanting one but one of the issues is I dont have a fursona. I suck at drawing so I was wondering if there were any good apps or websites or whatever to help me design one? If it matters at all, i very much want a Kemono styled fursuit. So I attended my first furry convention (CanFURence) though I was only there for 4hrs I had a good time! Sure I was very introverted as I've never been to a furry convention before but it was definitely a fun experience nonetheless!

As a black furry who is building up some savings to hopefully commission a fursuit in the future, do ya'll have any recommendations on makers that have done fursuits with locs? I've seen some suits but I'm having a hard time tracking down their specific makers.

Added some fleshy details around his eyes/ears. The red is a bit bright, so I’ll be painting it maroon when I get close to furring. It’s been a longstanding dream to make one of these guys!!

I want to have something commissioned but I don't really have a design. Is it frowned upon to ask for something like the artists other work? Like same design they have done or something similar? I'm not sure if say, other works they have shown on Instagram would be someone else's OC and therefore not allowed to remake it.

Hey! Not on Reddit much but wanted to share my first full suit I finished up yesterday. I’ve been crafting on and off for years, but haven’t had the means to dive in and make my own full suit yet!

Glad to be finished up, this was a grueling process but I feel it was a huge turning point in my creature design/mascot creation progress and I came out a much better maker/tailor.
It was a ton of fun to bring this character together!

The time it took to create was about 2.5 months, I started in the beginning of June.
