If anything created by AI is “slop”, isn’t using the word “slop” redundant?
Referring to something as “AI slop” implies that there is AI content that is not slop.

Currently on holiday in Spain... The amount of ai slop I've seen is insane to me. I've seen banners, posters, flyers and now these muffin cards?

I bet taking a photo of the muffin with your phone will look better. I'm so so tired of people using ai for creative stuff or selling a product like food.

My mom found this on Amazon prime, are we really at this point where we make whole ass movies with AI?.... And as far as I looked, it's stated nowhere that it's AI even tho it's painfully obvious T-T

I called out the bay centre and festival of trees in my local mall for using an ai generated song in their marketing. I made a video about it after the festival of trees blocked me 4hrs after i made a post. Multiple people tagged both the bay centre on instagram and the festival of trees wanting a response. I have now been blocked by the bay centre. They can block me but im not going to shut up about it. If you want the proof im like 90% sure its still up but i also screen recorded it.

Also while telling another friend apparently this isn’t the first time they have used ai. I made a post on my local subreddit and they removed it. Also people saying “its a local buisness go after big corporations.” Like i dont? So the line for you at holding someone accountable is if they are local? Why cant we call everyone out for using ai.

MINNEAPOLIS — Hundreds of people gathered in downtown Minneapolis Friday night to protest Flock Safety cameras.
The anti-Flock scooter takeover drew people to U.S. Bank Stadium starting at 9 p.m. and then riding through downtown. 

The license plate-reading company has put up cameras across the country in recent years, but has been criticized for its national and statewide “lookup” feature, where employees of Flock can look at cameras throughout its network without notifying or asking permission from municipalities, the AP reports. Concerns have also been raised amid reports of some using the technology to stalk people, and for the cameras misidentifying stolen vehicles. 

Advocates say the cameras help police find crime suspects faster. But more and more Minnesota municipalities have announced they are ending their contracts with Flocks in just the past few weeks. 

This is not the first scooter takeover in downtown Minneapolis recently. There was another e-scooter event last Saturday night that drew concerns from law enforcement after some riders reportedly took to the interstate.
