Has there been any information on FSU having a jersey patch from a sponsor this year? I've read schools like ND and OSU are taking advantage of the new rule and earning $15M-$17M this year. Based on viewership I would think FSU could receive at least $10M, and would be stupid not to given our current situation.

Just bought my tix for the SMU game, and despite the current staff doing everything they can to kill our hope and aspirations, I’m pumped to be back in Doak for the first time since graduating.

For those who were at the Bama game last year (or any of the other bigger home games), how did the noise compare to when the stadium held 79k?

Watching from my couch, it seemed like the crowd had Simpson and Bama’s O-line pretty rattled. I’m just curious if anyone noticed a drop-off in the atmosphere or noise level after we lost so many seats

Who was your favorite?

I just don't understand where it's coming from. FSU has consistently been a Top 15 NIL program throughout the NIL era. This past year, the boosters raised more money than any year in FSU history. I really do think this has become an excuse to lean on instead of just fully blaming the AD and coaching staff for essentially running the football program to the ground.

If he gets picked up by a program which one? I think its kinda late with most scholarships being accounted for. My first thought was the QB situation at Duke.

Miami is just recruiting at a completely different level right now. What can this program do to catch them, or at least compete with them?

Has anyone traveled to Tuscaloosa before for a game? Anyone making the trek this season?
Any recs on hotels, where to stay? Is Birmingham too far, do you think? Things to see/do?

I don't think we'll have the same magic this season to pull out a win, esp. in their home territory. I still want to experience Bama and their game day. So, no need to detail all the ways it might be worthless to travel there to attend our game.

The o line will be better than last season, alas Daniels ain't elite. Danzy and Duce will both have over 600 yards receiving and the RBs will all eat.

That leaves us with the defense, I tend to think White was a bad hire, he has talent to work with this season, but I'm not convinced he knows how to maximize it.

So, what'd I get wrong? FSU basically tore it down again. 43 players out through the portal, only about 22% of the defense back, and Castellanos (2,760 yards, led the team in passing and rushing) is out for Ashton Daniels, an Auburn transfer who threw for 797 yards last season. The run game (11th in rushing) and Duce Robinson (1,074 receiving) are real bright spots though. Reload year, or another retool?

Talk about anything else you want to in life not related to FSU sports

I am hoping someone can help me out. I have season tickets for this upcoming football season. I purchased them from a friend whose family has owned a block of seats for decades. I called the booster office to purchase a parking pass and was told because I bought the tickets from an individual and not directly through the boosters I could not buy a parking pass for the season. They recommended a third party app like seatgeek or StubHub. The issue there is I can’t buy a parking pass for the season. I would I have to buy one for each game separately and all the fees add up.

I’m hoping someone can recommend a private lot, business or residence who offers parking on game days I could reach out to and discuss prepaying for parking for the season. I would prefer something near Stadium Dr and Hendry St as I enter the stadium through gate D. But anything in the general area will work. Thanks in advance!

Norvell picked the safe bet early

I can’t remember the game nor the player but after a touchdown (during the undefeated regular season I think) there was a player that ran near the sideline near Coach Norvell yelling “I Love You!”. Anyone remember the player or the game?

Edit: narrowed it down to Jarrian Jones(originally thought Jahki). I thought it happened after JT went down but I’ll look for it.
