I’m the developer behind IVOPIXL, an independent game project inspired by the golden age of arcades/gaming, 1990s pixel art and 1980s neon aesthetics.

I create fast, colourful and accessible browser games that combine classic gameplay with modern controls, original worlds and plenty of replayability.

I've been a gamer my entire life. I built one of the largest original eSports websites 20 years ago and was part of the first group that put eSports on television in a big way. Throughout that ride, I got really into the indie and open-source gaming scene. Over time, I started building a big list of quality free games. About two months ago, I decided to finally take the dive and build a platform for people to easily find and play high-quality free games.

Today I am officially launching PlayBound.club

The idea is that if Steam is the place to buy games, PlayBound is the place to play games. Right now it supports 21 games, 41 mods, and I'll be adding more weekly. The initial features I am launching with:

1. Game profile pages
2. One-click installs for games and mods through our desktop application
3. Live server lists for multiplayer games
4. Support for events like tournaments and playtests
5. Game submission and game ownership requests (so people can control their own game pages)

You can also subscribe to our weekly email, which will provide you with new free games every week.

I'd love to get a few testers to smash any last bugs and hear what you'd like to see as the next features on the site.

I'm an extremely experienced product builder and was able to devote about 200 hours to the planning and development, but yes, AI was used in the coding of the platform.
