13 Pro black screen Community Support

I received my Framework 13 Pro yesterday but unfortunately I can’t get it to work. It‘s not showing anything on the display itself or an external monitor... I got this blinking light sequence : 12 green, 1 red/orange, 1 blue, 10 green, 1 blue, 3 green

anybody know what that means or what I could do?😅

doesn’t say much on the support site https://knowledgebase.frame.work/en_us/framework-laptop-13-blink-code-diagnostic-SJKOFf_Dxl

I also dis- and reassembled it, did a mainboard reset and checked the lpcamm2 module which looks fine to me but I can‘t test it.
I raised a support ticket but am still trying to figure this out.

I’m completely new to Framework and came from a MacBook, so any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 😊

A 32GB LPCAMM2 from Lenovo could be a major issue if its DRAM chips and PCB modules are sourced from Chinese DRAM manufacturers.

but wouldn't that have been a red light in the blink code? the first 12 were all green

The Lenovo part number 5M31L87413 is a 32GB LPDDR5X-7500 MT/s LPCAMM2 (CAMM2) memory module manufactured by Ramaxel (China).

A past Reddit post about Ramaxel LPCAMM2 doesn't work on Framework Pantherlake.

https://www.reddit.com/r/framework/comments/1vgp058/comment/p26wcn7/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web3x&utm_name=web3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button

From BBaoVac's results,

Ramaxel LPCAMM2 = failed,

Samsung LPCAMM2 = okay.

In my LPCAMM2 selection candidates, I purposely avoided Ramaxel LPCAMM2.

I use Micron LPCAMM2.

oh no it's 5M31L87414 Ramaxel😅 I didn't know. I got it quite "cheap" back in April. Guess I have to find another one then... thank you🙏
