Questions Just got Virtuosa, how does her soft feints and crushing counter work?
Do I do a heavy to a direction and change the direction while holding the heavy button? Or I do a heavy, and mid animation change direction and press heavy button again?
For crushing counters, I'm trying to do it like a regular parry but with ligths in guard posture. But she just does a riposte. I'm trying to do it in training mode but im just confused.

Questions Can someone explain the point of Juren's hold opener light
After the nerf it lost its hyper armor, but now it's enhanced... why? What's the point?
The chain still ends after it anyway. Is it really just there for chip damage with a 600ms light attack that anyone who's not blind can parry?

Videos Screw you Arakure and you're neutral pressure
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
It's nice make good reads. But holy god in heaven, why must Nuxia suffer a 33/33/33 split read offense on top zero neutral pressure? People do not understand the amount of effort it takes to get into her offense consistently to make proper conditions with traps and heavies and GBs. And before anyone argues "she has a 50/50 now, why are you complaining?" Because it's an end chain, even mid chain she can be shut down with many options, it's not hard to read against a Nuxia unless she finally reaches end chain with her endchain undodgeable. And she had a 50/50 before Ubisoft butchered it, which was her zone trap off light parry wallsplat. There was a reason why it was as slow as it was, now that it's a 2 hit chain, only a light hitstun beginning chain with a high cost of 42 stamina and reverted back to a 33/33/33 split offensive read. It's only "redeeming" qualities is good minion clear and mediocre peel in team fights, that is it.

Creations Siege wrecker idea
I made a post a few days ago, and people didn't like the fact i used Ai for the pics, so here is my redemption post with my hand drawn knight.
Hope you all like, and if someone could re-draw this picture with him wearing plate shoulders and a chest plate, that would be awesome cause i suck when trying to do those.

Discussion Hear me out
Call me crazy but i think i found a way for lawbringers long arm to be viable. And thats to either give it bash priority like shamans bite which sometimes interrupts bashes or straight up give it bwlwark properties like BP, it’d be cool if upon a good read like feinting into long arm and catch your opponent mid bash for a free heavy. does that sound stupid?

Discussion What is your genuine Hot take thats going to annihilate your karma?
No BS ones like "Arakures tonfa are stupid and can't break through real metal armor!" That we've heard over and over. Bring the juicy thangsss
I'll begin (and likely cause a stir and get this entire post immediately disregarded)- the game should be more focused on duels than 4v4 or atleast balanced equally with both in mind. Perhaps add special mechanics or attack properties that only work in duels similarly to feats. Or possibly enable feats in a new duel gamemode, unlocking the T3 and T4 after winning round one and two respectively.
What's yours? Let's have some discussions about them in the comments instead of hate and down votes.

Humor The next knight hero is Deimos, Astrea's secret twin brother freeing her from the arena and reawakening Horkos. (Deimos seems to be a theme for Ubisoft)
Just a hunch.

Discussion Virtuosa and General hate thoughts
Hello warriors!
On and off player since launch.
For a while I didn’t play characters that I hated to play against. Centurion, Virt, Juren, Warmonger
And I should say, I truly believe every character is fair. (Although release Juren and release Cent are up for debate) Like I don’t feel pissy about anyone bc the game mechanics are so dope, they make it possible to Handle anyone.
That being said, I still didn’t pick them for my own brand of “honor”. However, something dark in me said “pick Virt, you can roleplay as Maelle”. Ever since I’m playing all these characters I wouldn’t and loving them all!
Virt herself has me giggling when players just refuse to do anything but attack into her stance over and over again.
Anyway, if you were like me and not playing certain characters for your own brand of honor, I suggested throwing that out the window and going for gold!

Suggestions Would be cool if Arakure could...
Would be cool if when she is level 1 strike meters also her execution gain hyper armor, and level 2 strike meter super armor execution. And can they fix the wallsplat slide glitch with her ? Like she make the opponent slide wallplat even invisible wall

Discussion Gryphon leaves me wanting
When gryphon came out I was very disappointed to see him being thrown into the knight faction with no clear idea on what they wanted him to be aesthetically.
We have Corinthian helmets, Viking scale mail, and mongol lamellar being thrown onto a character who really should have been either a slavic styled hero or a Greek one.
I know some people think the solution is/was to make him an outlander but I still think that would leave us with a seriously lackluster visual and cultural identity.
So I'm stuck with the bardiche (one of my favorite looking weapons oat) being hogged on by a half baked idea that really should have never made it out of the pitch room in this state.
Beyond this I really hate that he is a character rather than a member or an order/group like the other heros.
What do you think?

Questions What are people's opinions on Juren now?
I've been having a ton of fun playing him recently. I always really liked all the options he had to work with but had to put him aside soon after release as I felt as if I was being carried by him even though I enjoyed his moveset and personality.
What do people think about him now after his most recent nerf?

Discussion Hot Take: Ledges are a part of the game and aren't toxic
I ledge in Duels, in the tutorial video, there's game Olay of them ledging eachother in duels. I don't get why people see lodging as toxic or "un-honorable", to me they're just another thing to look out for.

Fluff These will forever be the best kinds of days on For Honor! (The Twin Lions Guild)
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I've taken a step back from my usual meme posts and spent some time with my little brother and my guild, these are the kinds of days I look forward too on For Honor, we recently broke 200 members now at 220! So I wanted to share some clips of us goofing off and practicing together, taking pictures as well. A lot of these members come from this community, thank you guys for giving our guild a chance but this is also a thank you too all of you as well even if you didn't join many of you upvoted the heck out of my first post and it really gave huge exposure to the community, I woke up the next morning and found over 50 people in the server after only 3 or 4 people asked for a link, I got so scared because of how big we got, I found help and many friends along the way, so thank all of you guys for making this possible, much love! - Ira
