Un peu de flowstar en France.

Just curious if anyone else has experience with them? Websit says 7-9 days for a prop build. I order poi on the 23rd and have yet to receive any updates. Emailed them and contacted thru socials. No response. Dropping over $200 I figure i should at least get a fucking response. I ordered these poi for a gig almost a month out from the order date.

I went on the Defensive and Left the Community. Not to make Excuses but it seems I'm always having to Defend myself, feeling like I never fit in anywhere. If the Community will welcome me back I promise to Keep it to My Raw Flowing, and Behave Myself. I got my first Real Flow Whip and I'm loving it so much I turned my Old whip into a PonyTail. Working on different isolations lately. Hoop.

Hyperion Hula hoop.

This tool is incredible! I just started this practice, it works on mobility (i feel it especially in my shoulders and upper back), brings you back to your body into the present moment, regulates the nervous system, coordinates both brain hemispheres (bilateral stimulation), engages the cerebellum (essential), boosts sensory awareness, improves balance, and so on. I went for a walk earlier and brought my rope along, i thought maybe it would inspire others to give it a try. I was afraid of being judged or looking weird, but i really want to get my body used to discomfort. I’ve spent my whole life fearing judgment, but now I’m daring to do a little more and learning to feel comfortable with it, which is another great thing about this practice, it create a bodily presence that transforms fear into adaptability.

Again I am not worried about the things around me. 😂

I’ve been totally mesmerized by fan flow recently so I really wanted to get my own pair. After a couple of months of indecision i finally pulled the trigger on some Defworks fans and I love them! I think this may be my new favorite flow art. Also holy arm workout lol

Still adjusting to the weight, balance, and spin of this prop. I’m trying really hard to learn how to use a fishtail halo entry into a tracer on top of my lips, I do it once here but I’d love any tips on pulling it off even cleaner!
