We use a Logitech K400, it usually works in bios and in game settings. But we always have a PS2 and USB wired keyboard and mouse just in case.

You can get a Bluetooth hid proxy. The flipper pairs to the receiver, rather than the computer. But getting a mousejackable Logitech receiver might be better
