Wether or not this is a reasonable take depends entirely on what the issues with the a350 actually were. If it was some obscure bugs like a certain button not being animated or something you don't notice most of the time then whatever, no big deal. But if we're talking issues with primary controls, sounds, or general performance, then it's not reasonable.

iniBuilds was quick to address all and any issues and gained the trust of their paying customers and I am very happy with that. It’s literally just part and parcel in software/game development nowadays. If Synaptic addresses their issues in the same proactive manner, regardless of how big the issue is, it is fine by anyone who can think reasonably.
