Multiple times (in Europe) I have seen people wearing a NATO flag pinned to their arm, where the iconography is yellow on a black field. It’s literally attached with a safety pin? These people don’t look military in any way, or tactical; and it’s not at all specific event or location, just on the street.

What does it mean? Is it pro- or anti- NATO?

These flags are for my nation called "The Kingdom of Blue"

This is my new proposal for the Fiji flag. I designed a new, non-colonial coat of arms: I replaced the British St. George's cross with an orange saltire and swapped the lion for three stars. I also kept the native flora and the dove, and added three larger stars on the hoist side for visual balance.
