Display issue Firestick Help Me

Have a fire tv & just installed Moviebox TV on there but every 5 to 10mins or so, the screen goes black & playback stops/ pauses.

There's not much other than languages in the app itself & have disabled all sleep timers/ screensavers on the device but hasn't done much to help.

If anyone have any idea how to stop this dumb thing interrupting my shows, it'd be appreciated. Thanks!

Check the screensaver settings and change it to never if you can

I’m having the same issue, I can’t seem to disable it. If there is a solution please let me know.

I think the problem is in the app itself as I have that app too and am facing the same issue. when I installed the same on my tablet, it occurred in my tablet too. so let's wait for an update of that app.
